But she has already earned the #1 spot on the US Beauty Leaderboard in February, 2024 out ranking well established brands like Sephora, Rare Beauty, Pat McGrath, Milk Makeup, YSL, and more. So she filled a space for some consumers, for sure! But....I do agree that the afro hair industry is becoming consumed with new entries...but those who understand the science of marketing, will win.
@@KubiSpringerTV that is truly nothing as it only has something to do with attention earned by influencers. So she had just launched her product so that makes sense. Also people pay for influencers to do this! However, It has not made the list since her launch though! So that says a lot! What I’m saying is that… those celebrity “haircare lines” aren’t filling any gaps! Everyone sees it as greedy. And no one actually sees that type of product as a viable for the long run. An actual beauty mline.. yes… but a shampoo line.. no
Most definitely! We all have a story, high profile brands as well as startups, so tell your story and utilise it to create an emotional connection with your brand.
Whilst I agree that acting and music are their things...all great brands need diversification to survive. Creed earned the #1 spot on the US Beauty Leaderboard in February, out ranking well established brands like Sephora, Rare Beauty, Pat McGrath, Milk Makeup, YSL, and more so something is working for her.
