    -1Kilo Beef sirloin sliced into chunky cubes
    -2Tbsp soy sauce
    -5-6Tbsp oyster sauce
    -ground black pepper
    -1Tbsp light brown sugar
    -1Tbsp cornstarch
    -50g butter
    -1head chopped garlic
    -1/4tsp salt and ground black pepper
    -1/4cup water for deglazing
    -200g drained canned mushroom

    Followed this recipe tonight. Adjusted proportions lang kasi walang 1 kilo ang beef ko. Masarap kahit first time ko mag salpicao. Wala lang akong corn starch and mushrooms pero okay naman. Third recipe na to ni Kuya Fern na triny ko.

    Nagtry ako magluto ng mga recipes mo and hindi sumakto sa anong nakikita ko. Nirview ko bakit, masyado kong minamadali yung pagluluto and I realized na patience talaga needed para maluto mo sya ng perfect. Thanks for reminding the minutes on the screen.

    Another yummy recipe 🤤 I wanna make it too. Kuya fern pano ka nakakapag flambè kahit walang liquor at veggies? Naka ilang research nako kung pano mag flambè kaso walang maayos na explanation at natatakot ako itry pero gustong gusto kong gawin 😖 sana kuya fern makagawa ka ng tutorial at tips pano makapag flambè. Ang galing mo kasi, halos lahat ng cooking recipes mo na napapanood ko lagi ka nag faflambè at ang dami mo laging tips para mapasarap din luto namin. Idol ka talaga namin. Deserve mo million subs 🎉

      Umaapoy po un kapag naglagay po kayo ng ingredient na mayroong high moisture content sa napakainit na mantika.. Tulad po ng patatas.. Kadalasang makikita nyo po ang pag apoy sa videos ko ng mga caldereta.. Check nyo po isa isa.. Di ko n po kc matandaan alin s mga un eh.. 😁😁 Pag nadilaan ng apo ung talsik ng mainit n mantika dahil s inilagay n high moisture content n ingredient, aun.. Aapoy po sya.. Pero.. WARNING!!! Ingat po..maaaring makasunog po yan.. Kaya ingat po.. 😊😉

    of all kuya fern's recipes na sinubukan ko, dito lang ako hindi nagwagi hahaha ang sakit ng ngipin ko kakanguya! lumagpas yata ako sa 3 minutes pan frying.

      🤣🤣🤣 pasaway.. yup.. sa malamang na-overcook na po.. may paraan pa po para ma-save yan.. timan nyo po muna ung isang meat.. then kung matigas na (overcooked) ituloy nyo na pong pakuluan sya hanggang lumambot.. tsaka nyo i-set aside.. pero try nyo muna next time 1 and 1/2min. lang muna on high flame setting.. 😉😊 okay lang po yan.. learning from experience is still a win.. 😉😊 may next time pa naman po.. kayang kaya nyo po yan..😉😊

      kung hihiwain nyo po sya at "may pula" pa, okay lang po un kase hindi po dugo un.. "myoglobin" po un.. protein po un na kapag na expose sa oxygen ay nagiging kulay pula.. 😉😊 ang may dugo po ay yung mga meat na malapit o may kakabit na buto.. un po ang may dugo pa talaga.. 😉😊 I'll try to try po ung paella.. 😉😊😁😁

      pag beef sirloin po ang gamit, dapat mabilisan lang po sa high flame setting.. pag natagalan po, dun po naoovercook.. dun po sya tumitigas.. 😉😊

      @@jeansabornido7156 you can do it.. chop it chunky para hindi mabilis ma-overcook.. then do it by batch.. timer-an nyo po ung first batch ng pan fry.. then taste test.. pag makunat ng sobra, ibig sabihin, na-overcook na po un, adjust na po sa mga susunod na batches ng cooking time.. at take note of my notes and tips po sa video.. 😉😊

      pag beef sirloin po, mabilisan lang po ang luto para maging malambot sya.. pag na-overcook po, dun po sya tumitigas.. pag nagkaganun po, dun na kailangan pakuluan para lang lumambot ulet.. 😉😊

      May part po kc na mabilisang lng talaga sa high flame, may part dn na pakuluin tlaga.. Pero try po tuluyan nang pakuluan.. Baka po lumambot pa sya.. 😊😉
