id love to see it all, centerpieces, buttonieres, anything and everything. Appreciate you
So good to see you and your video! Take your time, enjoy your family. They grow so fast.
I tried gladiolas for the first time this year just for myself. I had gotten a bag of corms from Aldi just for fun and planted them in a long pot at the beginning of May (I'm in MN). I couldn't believe they all bloomed in August!
I am astonished that you can do anything at all with so many things and persons needing your attention.
You're right, as tough times come, people have to make tough choices and prioritize, cut corners and make do.
You're wise enough to have made decision to devote your time to your family, children grow fast (although it sometimes doesn't feel like that) and your love, care and attention is simply indispensable. Take care and get well soon:)))
Hi Kirstin
Glad to see another video. I live in Irland and love to see gardens from around the world, especially the USA.
Your garden looks the best ive seen it.
Get well soon x
Thank you! I’m pretty pleased with it this year.
Good to see you, Kristen. Sorry you have a cold. First year is tough….baby and family come first. Next year will be better. Financial situation across the world is worrisome. Hopefully things will level off for us. I’m surprised more brides aren’t doing their own flowers. It’s just too much of an expense for many. Centerpieces only is not a bad thing….way less stress for you. Good you have some help. Bells of Ireland look really good this year. Sending love and hugs to all of you. 😊💕🦋🕊
Again, beautiful work! You're very talented
Bee is like "My Cosmo" lol😂😂
Agree!! I didn’t have the heart to cut it.
We live on the other side of the world and experiencing much the same with cost of living going up. Flowers are now a luxury. Fortunately I just sell from my home garden, but I feel for flower farmers. Also weather patterns changing. Love your videos ❤
Very beautiful
The flower beds look so beautiful this year Kristen! Such a beautiful place to have as your ‘office’ 😊
It’s my favourite spot.
All I can say is you make beautiful bouquets and really good at improvising
Thank you so much!
Gorgeous flowers.The farm looks good.
Your dress is so ka-Ute!
I have not had success with glads everyone says they are easy, I have not found it so...
Year 1: (last year) all rotted.. 😢
Year 2:(this year) they grew but less than a third of the 30 corms bloomed. I got green shoots, they all seemed to grow great, only 3 rotted.. but I saw the few that bloomed had thrips! 😢
Oh those darn thrips!! They seriously ruin everything.
Glad to see back.hope you feel bettee now.❤
I think your garden looks lovely! Enjoy your baby and try not to worry about business. I agree.....next year will be better. :)
I love the area that you have set up for making bouquets! So beautiful and peaceful. I love your videos.
Thank you! And I’m so grateful my garden helper is quite the creative camera-woman.
You inspire me to plant, arrange and enjoy my flowers!
An important person that needs to be your priority - you! I’m glad you found help and support this summer.
Just a reminder- please video the Dalias and tell us how they did. It will be a burst of sunshine to see the video this fall/winter. Looking forward to your RUclips content as the growing slows and the kids get back to school.
Which bouquet sold first? I don’t know how I would choose!
Your still my hero for being a mom, wife, and cut flower grower and business person. Hope you feel better soon. One question, is that broom corn you had as one of the grasses? The other was frosted explosion grass?
Thank you! And yes, it is broom corn.
I am totally inspired by your flower garden and your bouquets are totally awesome. I hope you are feeling better soon!
Thank you! Thankfully the cold didn't stick around super long.
Can you tell me what greens you like to plant for filler? Particularly the grassy/fern like filler at 4:48 and the seeded greens at 5:09 in the video. They are lovely
OK first of all my daughter (and me 25 years ago) would LOVE the amaranth in the bouquet. But we are “artsy”.
