Birth certificate is a mandatory document for the applicant. Municipal office se banwalo. Aur death certificate submit karna hoga. And Haan major change kar sakte ho but make sure ki reason strong ho. Good luck!

actually if you're in 12th you'll do undergrad course so for GKS -U, the process starts in September
