Please note that Pharyngobasilar fascia is medial (Near to tonsil) and Buccopharyngeal fascia is more lateral one. It was told vice versa in lecture by mistake

It is thickened mucous,or a coagulum of many kinds of cells.A whitish scab like thing , but softer than a scab and protects postop fossa. Fall of after 7 to 10 days
