How do you keep yourself motivated Sunday after sunday to be waking up that time and getting ready for Preproduction? I am getting tired to be honest.
LOL, oh I'm tired too! Sometimes I just have my tech director do it all :)
@@RylandRussell, our music director doesn't even show up until about five minutes before rehearsal. I'm, usually, there an hour to an hour and a half before that.
@@TimothyFish Our worship team tends to arrive for 7:30am call at 7:31. Rehearsal starts at 7:35 "right on time". As a FoH guy, I do that first-in-the-building walk all the time when I'm serving. I love doing it and would do it every week but we do rotate through 3 FoH guys now.
