Thanks to you today ive flown my trex 450 that I haven't in over 7 mths now. Only hovered today. Flys like the flybar is still on to me. No forward flight yet. Thanks for this vid.
One of my blade screws came off and shot the blades! And destroyed my futabagy401 original, but canot afford a new one and I was looking into this gyro you have I will not be doing any 3d stuff just basic flying you're set up looks really good more info on settings and is that gyro reliable because I'm really thinking of getting one thanks for great video and great flying..
a lot comes down to the size and weight of the blades, if they are big enough and heavy enough they will give a certain amount of stability by themselves but I set you a challenge, remove the flybar or even just the weights from the flybar on the v911 micro heli and post a video of you trying to fly it, it's an amusing experience ha ha my bigger helis cope much better without the flybar but that tiny little thing that weighs less than a fart becomes a bucking bronco lol
Steve Fox Yeah if I had his skill I could fly that way. The fact they make the system for a reason and not everyone has this kids mad skills. I have a handicap so by having the flybarless system meansI can fly yet. otherwise I couldnt.
@@jwardana making the 913 flybarless is not a straightforward task but can be done, you need t lock the head once the flybar is removed and you will need a flybarless controller, it will be un flyable without one.
@@jwardana I have had a 913 flying (just) flybarless but it really isn't worth it. The 913 is crap no matter what you do to it, the 912 is a far, FAR better heli if you want a fixed pitch. My 912 is heavily modified (still flybarred but absolutely everything else you can think of has been done to it) and flys very well.
A buddy has been flying scale 5 blade heads since I first started 16 years ago with only a 401 tail gyro. You don't really need a flybarless, it's just for stability. More of an interference than anything, but makes flying easier for the new comer.

at last, someone who doesnt need gizmos to do what is the essential fun of flying rc helis, good one mate, cheers
Easy when head does 2000 to 3000rpm with the heavy blade
You did not know that?
Years back we did not even had a gyro, try that kiddo ....
... So it IS possible! Super-scale flight with ramshackle scratch built helis, here I come! :D
Confirmed. Soes indeed work just fine without. Its like its still a flybar head. I cant tell the difference.

Fine and good for basic flight. Now do a half flip, fly upside down and barrel roll out. See if the tail holds then brah
How do you set up the heli to fly with out the system
i guess main mixing/calculation happens in the RC control
How much expo ?
Hi
Nice
Can we do 3D without Vbar ?
can, saw it in other video, but need high skills because heli often will be going out of the way
sweet.....i have 2 walkera 450 crashed would you like to salvage them? cheap let me know.
Time Machine

what about removing flybar from a v913? will it fly smoothly? assume I am a skilled pilot

Amazing skill. You'll run FBL gyro makers out of business.
nice job haha
No 1 else has ever done that I've seen a lot of helicopters crash trying
