Kirtan meditation is different. It is an eternal, internal journey, something that will remain with you. It is a gradual process, little by little, you'll be able to go within and find that peace and refuge whenever you desire. A perfectly self-realised yogi once said, don't fight with the darkeness, just turn on the light. These Mantras are the light, we just need to make the effort to put our finger to the switch.
