I noticed that too. It’s never really explained anywhere, but I think I know why loud noises hurt Symbiotes: it’s probably because they don’t have bones, and so the vibrations make it difficult for Symbiotes to hold their form. The heat weakness is pretty self explanatory.
This show is fantastic. I love Black suited Spider-Man. I personally think the black suit looks better than the red and blue. Plus, the Symbiote actually cares about Peter, which is why it stopped the Sinister Six while keeping Peter asleep. This granted his wish since he said “Oh, man. I wish I could just wake up tomorrow…”(YAWNS) “…with Doc and his Merry Morons back in jail,” right before going to sleep.
Considering Peter was asleep this whole time, that means he probably was actually fighting them inside a dream, which would be where the quips are and the symbiote grants him even more powers. Could you just picture that sequence? Peter inside a dream fighting the Sinister Six with the symbiote giving him all the power he needs in order to do all of this? I can only imagine if the writers or artists actually thought of having something like that going on spliced together, just like the symbiote removal scene.
@@rebootbentennyson5719 The symbiote had a direct link to Peters consciousness, it likely was interfering to prevent peter from waking up even after all the damage he was taking. The symbiote likely also bulked up the suit a bit to further protect peter from harm while he was asleep, remember at this point in the series the symbiote was genuinely infatuated with Peter and would not want to see him harmed (hence why it responded to Peters wish of wanting the 6 to be put behind bars while he was asleep).
0:45-0:52 Reference to Spider Man 3 when the symbiote first bonds with Peter turning his Spider Man suit black without Peter's knowledge, and at 4:48 when Spider Man in the black symbiote suit was about to hit Sandman/Flint Marko in the same position he shows here.
Man, I loved this series. Watching this, that smooth animation and great fight scene - I miss it again.
Honestly nothing can top the choreography this show had, Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy is the closest tho.
