One detail I love is how his black suit slowly changed over the course of the episodes. When he first got the suit, it was just the black version of his red and blue suit, like in Spider-Man 3. As the symbiote started to bond with Peter, the web lines on his suit began to disappear and the white spider on his chest slowly started to get bigger. Once the symbiote had fully bonded with Peter, his suit looked like the classic black suit from the comics.

If Sam Raimi actually managed to show this scene from the Spectacular Spider-man where the symbiote wraps up Peter in the church and takes him back in memory with how he got his power and all that along with his good and bad thing in Spider-Man 3 movie, it would have been much awesome
That was probably planned. The part when he gets the symbiote off and Eddie Brock bonded with the symbiote to become Venom would've been the end of Spider Man 3 and then the last 30 minutes of Spider Man 3 would've carried on for Spider Man 4. Of course Sony pushed Sam to have Venom included, and made it worse than what he originally planned for.
