Big G, you are a classic! Nice job of making a relatively boring topic funny. Few notes: 1) was that video done at 0640 as per your computer time? Brillient time to have a Corona. 2) you didn't notice the $100 note folded up on the left hand side when you put the new battery back in!
Tony, thanks for the nice compliment! Usually, though, it's the other way around: I spend more time making the interesting and humorous boring! The Corona...well, it's good at any time of the day as far as I'm concerned. And as to the folded $100 bill...would you mind keeping it to yourself so I don't have to inform the wife??? A little help here if you please!!! Thanks!!
Well Done! yes, got the wrong battery 1st time out. There is a difference between 13 7000 and 13 7000 2in1.... oh well. $40 at amazon and will return the 1st one. I finished with a Manhattan. Thank You!
Mr. Kimathi, thanks for the inquiry. I found my receipt and here is what I can relate to you: the battery type is F62G0, and I purchased same from ebay in March of 2020. (The battery was free of Covid19, just an FYI.) I paid about $52.00 for it, which was free(?) shipping and included state tax. The seller was listed on the receipt as googol-sup...and the rest was distorted. But the battery did arrive in good condition. I hope it helps. ebay is usually cheaper than Amazin'-dot-com (amazon.com). Good luck, sir.
Nicely done! can you please provide the part number of the cable that connects to the battery? The battery in ours swelled up and was thrown away because of safety reasons.., but without realising it was disposed along with the cable.
Zohar, thanks for looking at the video and thanks for the reply. To the matter at hand, I am not an expert in these matters; however, what I came up with was this link: www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=item&id=27520 . This is something I found called Parts--people.com, and the item number I believe is listed there. Click on the picture to enlarge, and see if you can determine the part number itself. They want $17.00 for the part; you might get it cheaper directly from Dell if you can order it. I have not had to order same so I don't know. But I hope this helps getting you in the right direction; please keep me posted on your endeavors as I am curious about this myself.
@@garydemarco8883 Wow! many thanks! they have a really good quality picture of it on that site. As I am in Namibia right now I will check with the Dell suppliers here and let you know. Thanks again and G-D Bless!
You are certainly welcome, sir! And, thanks for the nice compliment! Take care.
Anytime, sir; thanks for the compliment and hope you enjoyed it.
