Where the tunnel boring machine LYDIA ia boring 632M under ground to come out here at Old Oak Common Station.
Paddington station is closed completely from 24th - 28th December 2023. For HS2 works at Old Oak Common. So we go and check out the work being done and whilst there we get the drone over the whole HS2 site , security serve us papers !!!
Love security giving advice about laws they know nothing about. The orange jump suit of wisdom.
The poor fool hasn’t been trained properly so you can’t blame him for his ignorance. You have to give him credit cuz he really believes what he’s saying is true. Sad little immigrant. 👎🏼
Aren’t we lucky to have all these legal experts telling us what we can and can’t do on the STREET!!! 🤦🏻♂️
you can not use a drone anywhere in england without permision from the land owner!
Except they seem to be experts in the laws of a foreign country, not the UK.
@andrewbeadle9168 taxpayers are the landowners of public streets, so you can just ask yourself
@andrewbeadle9168 point us at the applicable law that says this then.
We won't hold our breath whilst you search for something that does not exist!
You mean in our own country…
I think we need more diversity in security guards
LOL!
I noticed that also lol
lol he sounds English lol
They deliberately hire these foreign goons to try and trample over our laws and to threaten. When caught out they will cite “outside contractors” and “poor training”.
😂
This is *FUNNY AS SHiT* serving legal papers to someone they don't know by name/address.
Still, your viewers appreciate you travelling to Kenya to bring us content. Stay safe over there, I hear they have different laws!

It’s not their fault for chrissakes! It’s due to a total failure from the British government to control and regulate the private security companies, not to mention a failure of the police to enforce the SIA licence law.

@MrAndrewFarrow I believe its called littering and he had no right to attempt to serve it as it clearly states on the land or blocking gates. Neither happened and if it had hit DJ he could have been done for assault

A blatant act of littering 😂
If a person refuses to take papers from a process server, dropping the papers at their feet is considered valid service (here in Canada it's literally called "drop service")
Not sure if a security guard is a legitimate process server...
If I remember correctly in the UK only impartial uninvolved party, normally a court official can serve injunction papers lawfully however there are exceptions, so the paper work they served is unlawful and probably wouldn't stand up in a court of law as enforceable!
Face facts the way the country's going the security service will be similar to the police force in the near future.

It's disgusting that some of the workers don't have to wear hard hats just because of their religious head gear. In our country follow Our f*cking rules for English people.
Yes and for religious reasons Sikhs don't have to wear helmets on motorbikes.
They don’t have to. It’s not YOUR country - it’s also theirs
Section 11 & 12 of the Employment Act (UK) states that turban wearing Sikhs are exempt from wearing head protection. No other workers are exempt and as stated applies to motorbikes upto 250cc and whilst serving in armed forces or police.
Not wearing suitable headgear puts them in danger, their choice.
Its their country aswell.
No wonder HS2 is well over budget, most of it is being spent on unnecessary security, who know nothing.

I’m gonna notify the SIA. They need to include drone law in their upskilling as it’s embarrassing to see.

I appreciate that people need a job but how do these people even qualify? The security qualifications clearly don't mean anything nor does the training they receive. It all seems pointless to me
You can hear the control it’s a foreigners the security too they are former asylum seekers or Uber delivery drivers, they work 12 hours a day seven days a week
A lot of security companies/agencies will hire certified instructors and run their own course and unofficially just give the test answers out so they can hire them. The test papers just get sent by post to the S.i.a to mark so its not regulated like they make out....somebody else could of filled my paperwork and I just add my name and they'd never know. My course wasn't like that it was run by a training provider but even then we was all sat side by side sharing answers not proper exam conditions...I could of looked up the answer to any of my questions on my phone if I really wanted to but luckily most of it is just common sense and decency... my tutor also told me the 1st thing about security is customer service your there to help not hinder unnecessarily...also just a note that the S.i.a is managed under the home office and we all know how great they are at their jobs any more than 3 passport orders and there's a back log 🤷♂️
They're given lower pass rates as it's harder to pass now, they don't even understand about trespass which is part of your training. I don't work in security anymore it's being taken over by people like the ones in the video and they're usually unprofessional, some would get changed out of their uniform, one guy left a site and left the gates wide open , and sometimes very lazy and would sleep the whole shift or on the phone the whole shift,When you realise you're working with idiots it's not a job worth staying in.
After watching 100's of auditing videos, these security clowns have gotten soooo predictable:
Yada, yada, yada, what are you doing? Yada, do you have permission? Yada, Who are you? Yada, you can't do that. Yada you can't fly over our land. Yada, I will call the police.
This one had the comedy twist of the stupid littering of the public pavement with some paper with a load of irrelevant stuff printed on it. 😁
Just think he was probably knackered cold and fed up on a long shift . Doing so to support himself and family .,great fun to try and wind him up , risk his job and mental health for a few RUclips clicks .

@@jheych That security guard - and plenty of others like him - was so unprofessional that he doesn't deserve to keep his job.
His job could be give to someone else that would be more professional.
Someone that would keep the SIA badge on display at all times. Someone that wouldn't bother harmless, law abiding members of the public on pavements outside the premises they are guarding.
Someone that communicates in a professional and effective manner.
Someone that can think for themselves and come to reasonable conclusions. Instead of jumping off the deep end and making a fool of themselves.
Muhammad you’re a disgrace to Somalis with your high court injunction. You need educating by your employer as you have no right to serve it on a member of the public who is not there protesting or even on your property. HS2 for your information do not own the airspace, so jog on dude. Nice one DJ for standing your ground 🙂👍
The injunction, obtained by HS2 in May 2023, applies only to “persons unknown entering or remaining without the consent of the claimants on, in or under the HS2 land with the effect of damaging and/or delaying and/or hindering the claimants…” It says nothing about being above the site or about drones and only applies to persons unknown who are disrupting work - ie anti-HS2 protesters.
The drone will be disrupting work, just because the sped isnt technically on the land the drone is and it’s being operated by him.
The injunction applies to "on, in or under" the land but not over the land - that is the remit of the CAA and landowners have no authority over what happens in the airspace above a site
@@melrosetait meh at the end of the day the guy is just doing it to be a knob and has no real purpose apart from trying to piss off minimum wage workers 🤦♂️

@@philkasafir. Yeah sure, by ignoring faux idicts and ensuring his rights are adhered to?
The laws of the UK are not the same as the laws of Australia, so you shouldn't assume the things he does in the UK would also be legal for you to do in Australia. Some of them would not be. Also, not everything he SAYS it is legal for him to do is actually legal. Just because he doesn't get arrested or fined in the video that he produces and edits doesn't mean what he does is lawful. A whole BUNCH of auditors were recently prosecuted here in the US because the police were spending months COLLECTING EVIDENCE of their illegal activities, so as to ensure the charges stuck. They were breaking laws the whole time, but cops let it happen for a while that way they could get enough evidence for a conviction.
@@ajm5007 Everything he is doing in his videos are legal in Australia. But auditors like this won’t be successful in Australia because people aren’t paranoid and unfriendly.
