That's the level of management they have in royal mail but don't just treat members of public like this but also the staff. They also not only bully their own staff and let bullying carry on in the place as they don't care. Absolute disgraceful way to run a business.

Drop one cigarette butt in the street £40 fine, drop 100 cigarette butts outside your workplace on the street no one cares. Never thought I'd say this but the council needs to get involved here.
When i was a kid, Royal Mail meant two deliveries per day, very smartly presented staff, lovely clean vans and vehicles.......what a fall from grace.
It’s no wonder why Royal Mail have a serious image problem at the moment. Things have gone south big time since I worked for Royal Mail, I can honestly say the management have got a disgusting attitude to the public as shown in this video.

I used to work in this place - the managers have no clue or understanding whatsoever. They lack the required skills & competency to excel in their role.
Royal Mail should be fined for the cigarette butts that are being disposed off in a public area, especially when the company has provided them with a designated area. As you could see by the attitude of the manager you now know why they have a second class service.
Something tells me this will be a re-upload in due time due to the embarrassing actions of the employees. They will complain to RUclips
To be honest this type of attitude from managers doesn’t just stop at the post office, I think it is quite widespread among other places & industry. As soon as some people make management respect goes out the window.
