The problem is you have to many packing materials inside the meat room that packing materials have moisture thats why your evaporator coil have to much build up of ice. And you cannot achieve your desired temperature
Yes, same things I have mentioned in the video. However, some crew only checked and cleaned outer part of the evaporator, it should be cleaned throughtly.

@@DinhSonVu-uz4zb you should advice chefcook to remove all the carton on the chamber to prevent the build-up of ice on your evaporator
