    I still get excited about chicken nugget day :) I'm all for grilling in any weather, but I put the Spider Venom to work when it's cold out and watch the app from inside. Thanks Jeremiah!

    Do a reverse sear video next! Show us how fast it goes from 225 to max for searing!

    I used mine for the first time yesterday while cooking chicken breast at 350. It felt good to just set it and forget it on the kettle. I pulled it when the app notified me at 160 and then loosely wrapped in foil for a few minutes to reach 165. It was dripping with juices. I can't wait to try with longer cooks. Glad I found out about the Venom, I almost pulled the trigger on a Masterbuilt Gravity since I was looking for the convenience of a pellet grill but the flavor of charcoal, but I saved several hundred bucks getting the Venom instead.

    You are not searing on the spider venom you are searing on a weber kettle outfitted with a spider venom. Gotta give props to the vehicle along with the great mods added.
