Some context for End of Day: Jonghyun used to run a late night radio show called Blue Night for a few years and he released two albums based on the stories listeners would send in. End of a Day was the title track of the first one and represents the melancholy one feels from a monotonous life with the wish that someone would just acknowledge and cherish you. It was inspired by his dog Roo consistently greeting him after work everyday. I see what you mean about "good job" sounding patronizing in English, but it's perfectly normal in Korean and 수고했어요 (tl: 'good job' or 'you worked hard') is a VERY common phrase people say to each other pretty much everyday after getting off work, usually as a replacement of "goodbye". It holds a different meaning now though because the last section of his su*cide note was about how he just wants to be told "you did well" and "good job" for enduring everything. So now, fans listen to End of a Day with this in mind and take it as Jonghyun singing about what he wished someone would say to him.
There are many good vocalists in Kpop and around the world. But often vocalists tend to be good at one or two things whereas Jonghyun could do it all. Jonghyun though has an incredibly powerful voice, but could also be soft, breathy and gentle. Often you get one in a singer, but not both. He is able to put an enormous amount of emotion into his voice while singing without sacrificing pitch and technique, where singers like Jimin may have a beautiful emotional tone, but then has a tendency to go out of tune. Jonghyun also had a fantastic range of both low and high notes, and he knew how to use them. Some singers like IU only really sing in falsetto (though she has a beautiful lower register) and it is difficult but also makes the high notes less impactful because its a high note next to a higher note. Jonghyun knew how to write and sings songs to use all of the colours of his voice to keep every song musically dynamic and interesting. And while he was fantastic at singing the same song perfectly, he could adlib like a champion, something else which is rare. There are many incredible singers in kpop who I deeply respect, and love, but there will never be another voice as unique as Jonghyuns. His voice was an incredible testament to his natural-born talent, hard work to learn techniques to let him "play" his voice like an instrument, and his love for music to test himself and have fun with his music. I miss him dearly and keep him alive in my heart, and he is hands down my favourite singer.
Gracias . Mejor dicho no se puede. El fue el primer vocalista que escuché y no conocía el tipo, no he conocido otra hermosa voz, aunque si otros excelentes cantantes
@loftyradish You say so beautifully the things I think and feel about Jonghyun's voice and artistry but can never articulate very well myself. He does so much, so many different things, I only uncover more layers and levels as I listen again and again. For me he is the infinitely interesting and compelling singer who changed my understanding of what a singer and musician can be, and for the first and only time in my six decades of listening to music I *have* a favorite singer. Unparalleled artist.

There are TOO many Jonghyun songs that are so good, to the point that his ENTIRE discography is always worth listening to as a whole. Probably the only artist I've listened to all the albums from start to end, and never get tired of it.
You are actually right,, Jonghyun change the melody and stuff in his songs during different performsnces, like in concerts and live performances. He produce his songs.
He did soley compose and coproduce all of his music (his production team was him and two of his longtime friends). The only song on this list he didn't compose is the first track Crazy- the company made him choose that as the title track and he wrote the lyrics for it. He actually ended up doing a second title track for that album called deja-boo that he composed which ended up being an all kill and getting the most music show wins of any male artist from sm in history. After that the company trusted him to put out his own work and all the follwing albums were entirely composed and produced by Jonghyun himself. He was one of the first kpop idols to actually write his own music so he kind of broke the cookie cutter model of what an idol is limited to (singing dancing and looking pretty basically lol). Im glad yall reacted to his music! if you like his jazzy side then deja-boo and some of his bsides like orbit and aurora are a must watch!
Just a tiny correction, his Story compilation albums were indeed fully self-written and self-composed while the other two were mostly, there's only one track on She Is and 2 on Poet Artist he did not work on, or if he did he's not credited for. The fact that they rated the sole song Jonghyun didn't produce - Crazy the lowest of the bunch just gets to show that the music Jonghyun created himself was always the best (although I do like Crazy anyway lol).
Jonghyunie... one of the greatest if not the best vocals in Kpop... such a talented song writer, he doesn't even want to be an idol but a song writer, but when someone told him that after he writes and submit his songs to the company, the company have all the rights on what to do with the song and what the song will be and he doesn't have any say on it no more so he dicided to be an idol and composed their own song. He is the very first artist on SM who was given all free rights on what will he do to his songs. He wrote many of SHINee songs and even wrote songs sfor orher artists. Even Lee Hi and IU eagerly ask him for a song and he end up making song for both of them and given them his song as a gift. Lee Hi's BREATHE and IU's GLOOMY CLOCK. He also wrote EXO's PLAYBOY, Taemin's ALREADY and PRETTY BOY feat. EXO Kai, Son Dambi's RED CANDLE, Lim Kim's NO MORE and many other song's for different artists. Such a talented Poet/Artist he is.❤
It's hard to believe it will be 7 years in December since Jonghyun passed away. I still miss him and what he brought to SHINee and the Kpop genre as a whole. We really did lose one of the greats far too soon. And one of the best things about SHINee is that all five members have very different individual styles. Hopefully someone strong arms you into doing Onew and Key as well!
I don't usually comment a lot, but I feel the need to speak up here. First of all, I don't think you've been given the right songs. This man has SOOO MANY different songs and they are all his own. He feels them, delivers them and he mostly does his own music, plays with it. The thing about not being given the right songs was said because we could clearly see in the last SHINee video, what kind of music you like from them. And Jonghyun does have music that is playful and full and just SO him. I think you should have been presented with those songs, purely on your preference for music. Of course, for me, I just love his music so much because it's exactly my type of music. End of a Day was written solely on a listener's story. The man heard the story and made a song out of it. For THE listener. And also because of his dog, but that's different story xD What I want to say is... the song has comforted so many people. You can't even imagine. In Korea, until you do everything what's expected of you, you won't get a praise. Like, if you ever feel like there is no one who believes in you and you have no one that could tell you that despite not achieving anything big, you still tried your best and it matters, this song is for it. Jonghyun has comforted many people in his radio show. I'm ranting... I wanted to say that you would probably like his other songs more because you are not into this genre. You like layering vocals and and all that. He has so many other songs that are to your taste, that it's a bit saddening that you couldn't get to them first. But, I'm sure the person recommending the songs picked them because they like them and that's what matters :) And the last thing. I LOVE SONG "FINE" SO MUCH
The point with end of a day, he did sing it to his dog Roo, he got inspired because he waited for him at 3 am when he finished his radio show. Those words you did a good job, were his actual last words. That was what he wanted to hear from everyone. That phrase is the fans phrase to him.
I don't really like the English translation for end of the day, it doesn't do his lyrics justice. "You did so well, you worked so hard, I'm proud of you." The words Jonghyun wanted to hear the most.
I'm gonna add to the list of favorite songs from Jonghyun and shout out to "Elevator". Whenever I'm exhausted at work and riding the elevator, I think about that song as I stare at my reflection. It gives me strength to get through my day. Then I listen to "End of a Day" on my way home since I have nobody to greet me after my long day, so Jonghyun is the blanket around my shoulders to tell me that I did well.
"End of a Day" was another song that was written and composed by Jonghyun. It was part of his Story Op. 1 album, which was an album created from songs inspired by stories from listeners of Jonghyun's Blue Night radio program that he hosted for 3 years at midnight every night -- from 2015-April 2017. The song was meant to give listeners comfort and healing as they listened to it at the end of a long hard day. The song was inspired by Jonghyun's dog Roo (Byulroo) who was always there waiting for him as a source of comfort and happiness at the end of a long day. The song was written for his fans, and specifically his listeners of his radio show, who would write him messages and tell him about how they were listening to his show after a long hard day of work, etc. In Korean "good job" or "you worked hard" is a VERY common phrase people say almost daily when they get off work. It's similar to how we say "goodbye" to our co-workers as we are leaving or "I'm home" when we get home at night. However, since Jonghyun's passing, these lyrics hold a different meaning now because in his note he left he said, "Please tell me I did well" and "good job" for enduring everything. Which is why you will see that Shawols always end comments about Jonghyun with "You did well." So now we listen to "End of a Day" with this in mind and interpret the lyrics as Jonghyun singing about what he wished someone would say to him. Which leaves us with the message that we should take the time to acknowledge the hard work of everyone we come in contact with and make sure they know how much they are appreciated as often as possible. Even more than 6 years after he passed away, his messages he left within his songs are still resonating and impacting the world. Jonghyun's radio program was really popular and he had a lot of fans. Jonghyun had the perfect personality and voice as a radio DJ and he loved being on the radio. He brought a lot of comfort and healing to his listeners every night. He also got a lot of inspiration from his listeners. He even released 2 albums with songs all based on stories he was told by listeners and guests on his show. We were all sad when he decided to end the show, but he was gearing up for his solo concert tour, as well as activities with SHINee, etc. and he could no longer devote the time or energy to be there every night. (When SHINee was out of the country for concerts or promotions, etc. Jonghyun would often have to fly back to Korea each night just to host the show. So, it was understandable when he decided to stop hosting, he was becoming worn out.) If you ever want to see Jonghyun's radio show, just search RUclips for "Jonghyun Blue Night." You can find clips and even full episodes with English subs. MY favorite episodes were when Jonghyun's friends were on the program, but all the episodes are great and his words are a source of comfort, support and healing still today. It's totally worth checking out in order to get to really see what Jonghyun was like. Jonghyun, you did well, our amazing poet, artist, inspiration.
You guys, his entire discography is a must listen, but you guys need to react to the entire She Is album, non skip masterpiece, if not then react to Moon, Orbit, Cocktail, Dress up from that album. Also from other albums, Hallelujah, Take the Dive, Only one you need, Before our sping, Deja Vu, Beautiful Tonight...
@tatianalp I love that you have Take The Dive and Only One You Need and Beautiful Tonight listed. (And the rest, of course! - especially Moon, one of my most favorites ever.) I just don't see those three mentioned often and the first two are so urgently compelling and beautiful... and oh, Beautiful Tonight - that's my personal happiest place ever.
Yay so glad you guys liked Jonghyun! He is probably my favorite SHINee member in terms of their solo work - I love how playful he was with layering his voice, adlibs, and instrumentals, he was clearly really into experimenting with his sound. Re: ballads, I'm also not a ballad fan myself lmao, but the only singer's ballads I'll listen to are Jonghyun's because he does do them so well haha. Jonghyun did co-write/co-produce most of his songs - I think there's a video out there where they interviewed a producer he worked with and it sounded like his creative process was very collaborative. The order of songs that you guys listened to was roughly chronological, so I feel like you can really hear how he grew as a solo artist. We can now only imagine how much more his music would've grown and evolved in the years since. Would love for you guys to react to some songs from his posthumous album as well!
I can't Believe Law left out Y Si Fuera Ella!! I mean it is a ballady song but Such an Epic performance. Missing out right there. But glad they appreciated Jonghyun much more than they did Taemin. ❤
Jonghyun is an incredible lyricist. Skeleton Flower and Elevator are my personal favorites. I've gathered that "you worked hard" has a different connotation in Korean.
Crazy actually was SM’s choice for title song (debut album), Jonghyun’s choice for title song was his own composition and lyrics titled Deja Boo. Deja Boo actually what got a hit in charts, Deja Boo also won the music shows. This is why Shawols joke (no joke) that SM SHOULD LISTEN TO JONGHYUN. After this, SM actually just let Jonghyun do whatever he wants, release whatever he wants. Jonghyun compose, write most, like 98% of his solo songs.
"She Is" is Jonghyun's title track on his second solo album from 2016. And just like SHINee, nothing he does will be like anything you have heard from him before. Jonghyun was such a magnificent singer/songwriter. His solo albums were all so colorful because it was 100% his voice and style -- he was the one that wrote and composed or co-composed the whole album every time. So his solo songs were where we got to hear his true thoughts and emotions and he could tell his story. He was truly brilliant when it came to music and that was why he was so highly respected by everyone in all aspects of the music industry. I truly believe that if he had had more time in this world, he would have eventually even made it into the U.S. music scene and he might have even wrote songs for western artists. Live performances are what makes SHINee special. There is nothing like a live performance from SHINee. You should really check out a live performance of "She Is," you will be way more impressed when you see and hear him perform live. Jonghyun has crazy stage presence and he completely owns the stage whenever he performs. You did well Jonghyun, and you never will be forgotten.
I'm so happy that you took a dive into Jonghyun's discography 💎 There are no words to describe his genius ... think that at the end of a day an orchestra version was also made ... performed by the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra
I'm new here and have just subscribed to your channel in the hope to see more about SHINee and its different members. It is very interesting to hear your opinion about Jonghyun's work which I admire a lot. He was so talented, so creative, as a singer, as a song maker (writer, composer, producer), please listen to more from him, you will not regret. And his music deserves so much to be spread to as many as possible. Thank you for contributing to that also..
I miss him so much. 😭 I miss his unique voice, his presence.. When I heard the song end of a dayI had tears in my eyes. Can you do a reaction to the song Let me out? It's a song about his depression. It's very sad and I always cry when I listen to it. 🥺 I also ask for a reaction to the song elevator, hallelujah, I'm sorry, diphylleia grayi, take the dive, our season. Also Y si fuera ella. This song shows what a great talent this world has lost 💔
PLEASE! Skeleton Flower (Diphylleia Grayi)!!! There is a beautiful live where he sings that song "Jonghyun - Skeleton Flower | Live HD Performance"! It's one of the first songs he composed for the listeners of his radio show and it's probably my favorite!
Jonghyun's vocals were great in the MV for "Crazy (Guilty Pleasure)," but just wait until you see him perform it live, you will understand what we mean when we say SHINee live is on a whole other level. :D What I love about his live performances is that he even covers the rap parts himself. Like all of Jonghyun's solo songs, "Crazy (Guilty Pleasure)" was also wrote by him, so the whole vibe of this song was designed by him. And that is why he was so highly respected as a singer/songwriter and why he was one of the first and very few Idols to really be considered a true songwriter and composer. He was a genius when it came to making music and he chose very carefully which songs he wanted to release himself and what kind of message he wanted to give. He never released music just because he thought it would be a hit, but everything he did was meticulously planned and designed by him to make an impact regardless of whether it would be a hit from the the moment it was released. All his music had a deeper message. He was a true artist in all aspects of the music industry. For example, the image of the stairs in Jonghyun's MV is meant to remind you of the famous "Relativity" drawing and sculpture, etc. by M.C. Escher. It's a very famous image and is used as a symbolic metaphor in the song. It depicts a world in which the normal laws of gravity do not apply. Or in Jonghyun's case, a "Crazy" world where the normal rules with love are turned on its head, which is why he allows himself to give in to his "Guilty Pleasure." The spider I interpret as a black widow and it was meant to represent how she is controlling him and driving him crazy. He is stuck in her beautiful web, etc. She is his guilty pleasure. The Korean version of "Crazy (Guilty Pleasure)" was Jonghyun's lead track on his solo debut album Base from 2O15. Fun fact: All of SHINee's members' debut albums have one word titles and they all rhyme. Taemin's Ace, Jonghyun's Base, Onew's Voice, Key's Face and Minho's Chase. Jonghyun was the one to come up with the idea to connect his album to the group by making it rhyme with the title of Taemin's solo debut album, and the others have followed the tradition. The members have said the reason why they deliberately name their first solo album in this way is to show everyone that no matter what they do, they are always a group and SHINee is very important to them. It's a way for the members to show their solidarity as SHINee even when doing solo projects. With Minho's solo debut in 2020, SHINee became the first SM group to have all of its members debut solo. On a side note: Jonghyun was pretty much ripped like that since debut. All the members of SHINee have amazing bodies, just wait until you see SHINee's performance of "Dynamite" at their SHINee World Concert IV (SWC4) in Seoul from 2015, you will start to understand what I mean. ;D When you think about it, they all have to be that fit in order to be able to do all that they do -- to be able to sing live and sound flawless while performing the choreography that they do, and to do it for hours straight, makes it so they are required to stay in shape. SHINee are known for the fact that they always sing live, so they have to be in top condition in order to dance like they do while maintaining stable vocals the whole time. That is why in concert they can perform really intense choreography for 4 or 5 songs in a row while singing live and continue to sound even better than their studio recordings from beginning to end, and then hold a conversation with the audience imminently after and still not look or sound out of breath. You did well Jonghyun, you will forever be the best poet/artist a beautiful spirit that we were privileged to have a chance to get to know. The featured rapper who is part of Jonghyun's studio version of "Crazy (Guilty Pleasure)" is named Iron, who, at the time, was a popular newer artist who became famous as a contestant on the Korean rap completion show called Show Me the Money. So, being featured in Jonghyun's song was sort of his big break in the industry. But Iron got into some serious trouble with the law after first being caught with drugs and was suspended from the industry not long after working on this MV. This is about the only time you will see Iron in anything, and other than releasing his first and only album about a year after this, his legal troubles only got worse and his career ended.
29:55 It's just a cultural difference. In Korean culture, these words mean appreciation and acknowledgement of effort. It's like saying thank you in English, but with a deeper, friendlier meaning. It shows the other person's interest in the details of your actions and their appreciation for them. They are words directed to emotionally tired or lonely people or people around you after a long day's work.
Thank you for reacting to Jjong, i hope you get to do more in the future! I adore his music and his voice, still maybe the most talented vocalist in kpop for me 👑 for me, his music and vocals are so playful and interesting, and it shows the versatility he gets from his insane control and ability and knowledge! His writing is also so distinct and recognisable, even when he writes for shinee and other artists. He was the first SM group idol member to self-write/produce a solo album (which he did for all of them). Btw, Neon was Jjong's first attempt at neo-soul (i think), if you get to do more of his work, try Aurora, its his next neo-soul song. Other songs i'd recommend: Orbit, Deja-boo, Let me out, Red, I'm sorry 💎💎 If you ever get a chance to do more live performances of him or Shinee, Jjong is a beast at live vocals and stage presence, so worth it!
I don't know if you guys will ever see my comment... But I feel like I should point out that the phrase 수고했어요 which kinda translates to good work has a bit of a deeper meaning culturally that it might sound like to you guys... I'm Iranian and we have a similar phrase in Farsi... It's an affectionate way to wish for someone you care about to "not be tired" so culturally it has a deep meaning which is having someone who cares about your health and appreciates your hard work... the phrase in English just doesn't have the same meaning and depth that it does in Korean or the similar phrase in Farsi... and Jonghyun wrote this whole song around this phrase because "and this is just my opinion" the depth of it meant so much to him. He even has it in the note he left.
Y si fuera ella(live), diphylleia grayi, mono-drama, moon and orbit should be next. Elevator, suit up, love belt and white t-shirt too Edit: if i edit one more time i'm gonna put all of his songs here😭
Good day, " you did well" were words very important to Jonghyun it might sound silly to you but in cultural context it's not and something perfectly normal to say
This song always makes me cry and he wrote “just tell me good job” in his end of life note so you guys laughing and about him doing a good job was a little insensitive.
Yeah, the "You did good. You've worked hard" is a language and cultural barrier. This phrase is very common in Korean and Japanese, and not meant in a patronizing way at all. The nuance of the emotion and intentions behind the phrase just doesnt translate well in English.
Yeah, so the translation is a little off but its kinda the same meaning, really. 'You've worked hard, you did well" are the words that Jonghyun wanted to hear after a long, hard day. And funnily enough, End of a Day was written about his dog, a dachshund called Roo. 😂
Some context for End of Day:
Jonghyun used to run a late night radio show called Blue Night for a few years and he released two albums based on the stories listeners would send in. I LOVE SONG "FINE" SO MUCH
Say it loud!!!! Thank you
Everyone's throwing their favorite song in the ring so I'll go ahead and recommend diphylleia grayi 😊
DAT SONG
The point with end of a day, he did sing it to his dog Roo, he got inspired because he waited for him at 3 am when he finished his radio show. Those words you did a good job, were his actual last words. That was what he wanted to hear from everyone. That phrase is the fans phrase to him.
Anxiously waiting for the reaction for *Y Si Fuera Ella* , his representation of this song is unparalleled, an emotion that only he could convey
I don't really like the English translation for end of the day, it doesn't do his lyrics justice. "You did so well, you worked so hard, I'm proud of you." The words Jonghyun wanted to hear the most.
yeeaaah, Thank you so much for the reaction! Jonghyun has the most emotional and powerful voice in kpop! Thank you for reacting to his songs!
It was so nice to see a video all about the music!!
29:35 saying you did good is actually part of the korean culture!
Jjongie had magical brain, he does it different from everyone else
So, it was understandable when he decided to stop hosting, he was becoming worn out.)
If you ever want to see Jonghyun's radio show, just search RUclips for "Jonghyun Blue Night." You can find clips and even full episodes with English subs.
His VOCALS and HIS TALENTS ( + HIS FUCKING BEAUTIFUL FACE CARD ) >>>>>
You guys, his entire discography is a must listen, but you guys need to react to the entire She Is album, non skip masterpiece, if not then react to Moon, Orbit, Cocktail, Dress up from that album. Also from other albums, Hallelujah, Take the Dive, Only one you need, Before our sping, Deja Vu, Beautiful Tonight...
@tatianalp
I love that you have Take The Dive and Only One You Need and Beautiful Tonight listed.
😅😅😅⁰😅
I think y si fuera ella is technically a SHINee song even if it's just Jonghyun singing so maybe that was why. Or maybe since it's a remake?
@@callmeashyVery true but, for me at least, it is the penultimate Jonghyun performance. I'm affected to this day every time I watch it. ❤❤❤
Jonghyun is an incredible lyricist. Skeleton Flower and Elevator are my personal favorites. I've gathered that "you worked hard" has a different connotation in Korean.
no y si fuera ella, fireplace, love belt and sentimental is a crime
Jonghyun.. the best kpop brought to us and Taemin is his legacy to us..he did so well 💎💚
Crazy actually was SM’s choice for title song (debut album), Jonghyun’s choice for title song was his own composition and lyrics titled Deja Boo.
I love that you love NEON. It’s my favorite on his debut album 💯
Forever the best. Jonghyun
the joy I feel knowing you felt joy listening to this music! that's how She Is makes me feel. thank you both for this
When you see Kaz switching his poker face to a slight smile, you know the song will be rated high.
He has a unique voice
I'm so happy that you took a dive into Jonghyun's discography 💎 There are no words to describe his genius ... think that at the end of a day an orchestra version was also made ... performed by the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra
Yall gotta do his whole discography at this point
I'm new here and have just subscribed to your channel in the hope to see more about SHINee and its different members. It is very interesting to hear your opinion about Jonghyun's work which I admire a lot. He was so talented, so creative, as a singer, as a song maker (writer, composer, producer), please listen to more from him, you will not regret. And his music deserves so much to be spread to as many as possible. Thank you for contributing to that also..
Its been a long time since I saw him... I miss him
I have been listening to 'Crazy' with tears in my eyes for 3 years. Still can't believe that both Jjong and Iron passed away at such a young age 🕯️🥀
Also
Y si fuera ella. This song shows what a great talent this world has lost 💔
jonghyun the geniusssssssssssss
PLEASE! Skeleton Flower (Diphylleia Grayi)!!! There is a beautiful live where he sings that song "Jonghyun - Skeleton Flower | Live HD Performance"! It's one of the first songs he composed for the listeners of his radio show and it's probably my favorite!
Great reaction to an amazing poet/artist.
Or in Jonghyun's case, a "Crazy" world where the normal rules with love are turned on its head, which is why he allows himself to give in to his "Guilty Pleasure."
The spider I interpret as a black widow and it was meant to represent how she is controlling him and driving him crazy.
Jonghyun had one of the best powerhouse voices in Shinee 20⭐️s. Excuse Me Miss, Replay, Y Si Fuera Ella live performances.❤️🔥
Still get so emotional thinking about him. Hope you’re peaceful and happy in heaven Junghyun
Jonghyun’s Story OP 1 and 2 albums are my most fave.. theyre gem of gems..

It's just a cultural difference.
My favorite guy of all time nice to see y'all react to him^^
Most of his music has a jazz/soul/rnb sound, most of it he produces, and he breaks the fourth wall a lot lol
thank you react jonghyun!!i like your reaction, please more🙏
Hallelujah Is a masterpiece, wish this was included! I hope they do a part two.
Jonghyun.. the best kpop brought to us and Taemin is his legacy to us..
end of a day actually is about his dog! ☠️

@@JiwonKang-j3vMZ slang in English these days uses skull emojis for "laughing so hard that I'm dead" pretty much :)
Jonghyun's discography is amazing... please react to more bsides of his!!!
REACT TO KEY NEXT
Y si fuera ella(live), diphylleia grayi, mono-drama, moon and orbit should be next. Elevator, suit up, love belt and white t-shirt too
Edit: if i edit one more time i'm gonna put all of his songs here😭
I miss him so much 😭
Good day, " you did well" were words very important to Jonghyun it might sound silly to you but in cultural context it's not and something perfectly normal to say

tbh my fav song is 'moon' but its also really sexy. xD
he IS the main producer on all of these except crazy, mind you
This song always makes me cry and he wrote “just tell me good job” in his end of life note so you guys laughing and about him doing a good job was a little insensitive.
💎
Please react to infinite ❤
We need Taeyeon
Eu sinto muito a falta dele 😢
Yeah, the "You did good. You've worked hard" is a language and cultural barrier. This phrase is very common in Korean and Japanese, and not meant in a patronizing way at all. The nuance of the emotion and intentions behind the phrase just doesnt translate well in English.
Yeah, so the translation is a little off but its kinda the same meaning, really. 'You've worked hard, you did well" are the words that Jonghyun wanted to hear after a long, hard day. And funnily enough, End of a Day was written about his dog, a dachshund called Roo. 😂
Pls react to tvxq
