As rear ends go...... the oil was in perfect shape. No heat damage.

Thanks for this Binh! Love the effort and not cutting any corners like people have suggested! Now you don’t have to worry about it and know it’ll last. I was just shocked that you didn’t replace a couple of the rusty bolts! Lol

A 5 in one tool will remove it without any danger to the oil pan

I have the same oil pan cover as you show, but mine is ruined and I have to replace it. Where can I get one? What should I search for on the web? Thank you for your assistance.😃

Idk on this cover. Seems like all the newer TXT covers have a different notch for the diff and drain, it might fit though. The older style is harder to find now.

that's a level check bolt, not a drain plug...

So, helpful, but I feel like can be done a lot easier. Couldn’t ya just jack up one side of the golf cart and drain the fluid out?

Probably, a lot of people also pump it out too. I wanted to see what was inside and also reseal it.

I had the same thought.. lol.. like your real job is a surgeon or dentist. Wire brush / razor blade and some break cleaner is plenty for RTV to seal permanently. Glad you did the vid though, great for the info! Thanks!

You are a great inspiration and I am the same way. I find that 1/2 assers ALWAYS have time for a reDo, however, doing it RIGHT the first time is sacrilege to them! 🙌🏻

Dude, you did 4 times more work than you needed to. It doesn’t have to be surgery room clean for it to stick and seal.

Yea I know but didn’t want any leaks. Plus I’m used to doing that to Toyota oil pans which really need to be clean or it will seep and leak.
