It's over for Jim Howe he already blew up his new cheater motor.
What was that deal anyway? Hemi top half on a different block? Or other way around? Anyway, he got a big weight advantage somehow because of the engine
Hemi is nothing to do with the block. It's all about the head.
I don't know what the deal is but he only got two races out of that thing and it already blew up so it obviously can't take the abuse. 🤷
It wasn't a hemi head on the engine as hemi heads are dictated by chamber design not plug location. And he didn't get a weight break he ran at hemi weight and the rules were revised to state that the only blocks that qualify for the weight break must use OEM head stud/bolt locations and OEM style main caps.

What's going on JJ. Missed you last weekend. Did race 3 happen in NY? Jim provided his point. He will go back to running a hemi for points races. If he didn't go back to one in NY.
NY got moved to the 17th-18th due to weather. If the weather holds out we will be live this weekend in Epping and then the weekend after in NY.
Like how people call him a cheater, his engine combo wad approved by npk, but when your not liked or cause a riff in the system everyone will call you out. If he wasn't successful be not talk about him. If Lutz or one of these not usual winners started they would be the talk of npk and looked at closely
He’s just not cool. I mean he pretends like he’s team Detroit. He was never on team Detroit. He can’t have a one-man team and you can’t be partners with the Idaho potato and call yourself Team Detroit.
