I neglected to mention that I used to work as an exercise therapist in a physical therapy department looooooooonnnnng ago. Lots of experience using these devices 20 years ago. I typically put an ice pack over the area I'm working on along with the electrodes. Does a great job increasing blood flow and decreasing swelling.

Hi Big J! Could you maybe do a video on those Dreamstation filter kits on Amazon where you take a naked filter and put it in a reusable plastic frame instead of those all-in-one official filters? Are they any good?
