This video is misleading… it’s shows only a sample of games where 14900 beats 7800x3d leading people to believe 14900 is “better” on most games. There have been many other videos that show case the total amount of games 7800x3d outperforms the 14900 is quite a lot

This video isnt really a good comparison. 7200 MHz on the 7800x3d loses performance. 6000MHz is the sweet spot. You are obviously not using the 7800x3d to its full potential.

this test must have gone terribly wrong. at 0:05 of the video with the same settings medium 1440p with my own setup 7800x3d and 4080 ddr6000mhz the fps is 750. i suspect you have core parking bug with 7800x3d. 😮😮😮

So you can get a 7800x3D, save $200 and still get 90% of the performance you'd get with a 14900K. I'd say that's a win for gaming. If money is no object, get the 14900K, if you want the best price for performance get the 7800x3D.
7800x3d is better than the 14900k. in this benchmark the dude is using 7200mhz ram for both systems which decreases 7800x3d performance. 5600mhz-6200mhz is the goto
As stated above the 7800X3D beats it in most cases using 6000MHz Ram.

This is an Intel biased video. Doesn't show the whole picture. Way to hand pick the games Intel is best in.
AMD make good stuff, but they're always playing catch up in regard to Nvidia technology and Intel. I thought 3d v-cache technology would have them win over Intel but maybe not.

ignoring the price difference, it's also not even in the same class. Price and class puts the 7800X3D up against the Core i7-14700K. The I9 14900K ($599) should be compared to to the Ryzen 9 7900X (MSRP $549, currently $400) and the Ryzen 9 7900X3D (MSRP $599, currently $495).

Guys stop watch him, he put 3 differents video with exatly the same video and he changed the name of cpu. Its a jock for sure ryzen 7800x3d is very better in gaming than i5 14600k or i7 13700k. However, the 13th gen and 13th gen intel are very better than ryzen 7800x3d for multi task
