I keep coming back to this video. The thing that really, really works for me is the fact that it's only 20 minutes. If I'm ever feeling tired or lazy and would rather not work out, it's easy to go "Eh, why not? It's only 20 minutes. How hard could it be?" But it is hard. And it's only 20 minutes!

Good mix of kettlebell movement patterns. Great to do on the days when not doing kettlebell swings+get ups. Also pretty fun to watch the people in the background!

I know you say this is a "basic workout" but I just did this with a 20kg (44lb) bell, and I assure you it felt anything but basic. I'm an Ironman triathlete, marathon sea swimmer, runner and cyclist and your Kettlebell workouts are the best and hardest things I've come across. THANKYOU
This is good for adding variety to the Kettlebell workout. I personally prefer to keep it simple. 25x4 Simple Pushups 25x4 Swings 15x4 Overhead Press 15x4 Goblet Squat
Gotta workout to this. I love the fact that you don't bore us with long drawn out explanations and pauses. Even a beginner can follow and stay motivated.
Not done much of anything for months - found this and though yeah! Especially as I cannot lift overhead due to wear and tear in shoulders - first time - kicked my backside well before the end. Great stuff!

Kettle works I have all the d.v.d. Need to in prove my 5km park run time. Cycling 26.2miles every Sunday on my mountain biking on the great Welsh marathon course. You motivate me to be the best version of my self . Walk run 6.2miles every day. Qigong exercises every day.
Nice video! Gym is closed due to the coronavirus! Bought one of these a few years ago and some dumbbells! Definitely add this to my routine during this pandemic!

This looks great! I would have to build up to it. Although it might seem like A no brainer, I recommend that you advise people to be very mindful of what they are doing. After fatigue some of us might lose focus, which could have very severe consequences.

Ryan. I'm alternating this workout with the 40 minute body burn workout. As a 45 year old I'm feeling the benefits but friends warn I should not be working out every day. Is this the case? If not what frequency of rest days should I take?

can i get an alternate exercise for the swingblade? my knee is fucked so i dont like that twisting motion.

Great workout I took breaks inbetween exercises was my first kettlebell routine, sweating loads feel shakey but good

good workout to break the monotony of the usual stuff to switch kettlebell bell weight for a couple of the moves as i only have a 26 and a 53lb bell.
