Nice. I don't don't recommend downloading TOCA Race Driver until you've seen the review. All I'm going to say right now is that it's not the best game i've played.
If you have the game on ps2 then you should have the reflection on automatically. That should also go for the PSP and Xbox versions of the game. I don't know about PC though.
