This is good for regaining integrity. I have always been proud to be Roman Catholic even though I don't attend "The Mass". Thank you from Brooklyn, NY.
Funniest line ever at 13:26: *I read somewhere, the reason Christ had no hang ups, is that he had the perfect Father, and he picked his own mother*. Another good episode.
I agree. When I was in school and spending every minute studying, I used to look forward to watching it with breakfast on Sunday morning. The plots really made you think.
@@paulkitt5599 I believe it. Yeah, they are like mini-plays, being live. Plus the episodes typically had some meat to them. They were trying to explore something.
The brunette sister is good looking, but her acting is atrocious. She has too many melodramatic outbursts that are punctuated by moments of inexplicable serenity and calm. Her character is way too up and down and all over the place. The other three don't fare much better considering the material they are given. This is not my favorite Insight episode.
Her name is Diane Baker and she has a LONG list of credits (she was in "Straight Jacket" w/ Joan Crawford!). They TRIED really hard to make her a "big star" in the 1960s. It never really happened. But she was always working. The last time I saw her was in 'Silence of the Lambs". She was the mother on TV begging to have her daughter returned after Buffalo Bill kidnapped her. @@AstralPixie
Look at all the character driven backstory crammed into a half hour. This show never ceases to amaze me.
Thanks everyone for watching! Please share!
Thank you and God bless you for keeping this show alive 🙏
Thanks for posting.
Thanks for posting these classics!

Insight is a great religious show. They should do a reboot of this show.

Great cast.
Your right wonderful ensemble acting I once heard an actor say when they acted on insight it was the best work they ever did

A little trivia: One of Insight's executive producers, John Meredith Lucas, wrote one of the original Star Trek episodes!
Absolutely!
Oh, neat!
Yes indeed. Knew it at the time
Even as a six year old I recall seeing this show on TV and being drawn to it.
Excellent episode! Another great cast!
So glad i found these shows here...used to watch them Sunday mornings in the early 90s...
Thanks for watching--and for your comment!
Wow!
Man don't see shows like this anymore
No they don't show shows like this anymore, and that's what's wrong with the world now.
there were barely any like these EVEN then
Forgiving your folks after they’ve died for their shortcomings cheats you both.
Forgive them while they’re alive, but do not to their face.
I never thought of that, but you are so right!
We need Insight in 2021.
AWESOME
The wonderful character actor, Ford Rainey, played the father.
Could you show the episode called "Sam" ?
Hi! "Sam" should be uploaded in the next month or so!
Thank you, for the information !
Can't he pour his own drinks?

One thing is for sure, the hot brunette sister is definitely not shy in this episode :)
I would say that it is also the fault of the director who didn't coach her or replace her.
Well, I liked her performance. To each his own.
