We live in Pretoria SA.Most houses are beautiful, modern and NO ghosts😂😅
What a fun video I really enjoyed it. I loved the old photos of you and Grant too. Thank you.
Loved this video! I live in Cape Town, roughly 15 mins drive from your childhood home in Mostert street 🙂 so cool to see how everything looked back then! We really want to move to New Zealand as well. Can't handle the crime and political rubbish anymore 😔 Trying to fall asleep at night with constant noises and anxiety 😖
Wow, I love "Lifestories" and I can't get enough ;-)))) Thank you Jen.
Amazing to see you and Grant from back then ... boy! when we were young right ? I see pictures of myself back in the 90’s and would do anything to have that youth back ....
I had to fast forward the creepy ghost part but I loved it!!!
What a fun video! I love hearing about people's stories😁😁😁
Great video. Much better then the "draw my life video's".
That was awesome! So scary to think you need bars on your windows over there. Scary!
Awesome video love it can't wait to part 2 and 3 :-)
We are currently doing the exact same thing. Have moved in with my in-laws while we are preparing to move to New Zealand(after living living together for around 9/10 years). Thanks for all the great videos! Started with your NZ videos, now we watch everthing else too! Keep up the great videos!
7:20…the neighbours copying you by building a 2m extension, a pool and buying a caravan. 😂
I don’t know how I ended up here, I don’t know who you are but man did I enjoy this video. I really enjoyed seeing your journey.
This was great fun, Jen! I love the old photos ( you were both most booful!) Thanks for taking the time to put them together - great resource for the boys too.Next one please!
Very interesting! So cute seeing you guys as well!
Small world!!!! My wife & I are currently living in SAN ANTONIO complex. We have been watching your channel as part of our research for immigrating to New Zealand, thanks so much for your insight & tips :-)
How funny!! Do you ever enjoy the squash courts?
All the best with your move!
nice really good happy mind good luck
Love this series! Esp as I started following you when you were settling into different homes in England-and have loved following you since! It's really interesting to get your perspective on your homes around the world. x
Thanks so much for sticking with me through the years.
That was so beautiful. I have a similar but different life story to yours. I have moved 16 times (didn't count my short rentals) I moved from the UK to South Australia then to Tasmania and back to South Australia. I get the whole overseas and interstate nightmares. My father decided to move to Cape Town when I decided Australia was a better option in 1983. I love it here as much as you seem to love there. One day I will visit your beautiful green country and I can't wait to visit snow again one day.
I am from Joburg
Very good Jen. I see Daniel in Grant when Grant was a young man. Looking forward to the next two stories. Good for the boys to have knowledge of as well.
I loved this video. I got goosebumps with the haunted house story and I really enjoyed seeing all the old photographs of you and Grant when you were younger. Thanks for sharing.
Very interesting. Looking forward to the other 2. You were very smart to have so many photos of your homes.
Loved this video, Jen! I really like learning other people's histories 😊
Loved part 1 of the series, and I'm looking forward to the rest!
Why do you use England ,no UK?
Because the country is England. UK would be correct too, but could mean Scotland, Wales, England, or N Ireland. England is just more specific.
I really enjoyed this video, I wonder if there's more out there like yours :D
2:45 - OMG you were such an adorable little girl! Look at you!
4:38 - Ahhh the 1970's carpets! The house I live in now, when we moved in, it hadn't been redecorated since the 1970's and OMG the carpet was eyewatering. Brown with big yellow, green, and orange "starburst" pattern all over it. (*gag*)
How did anyone think that was attractive, back in the day??
3:26 priceless, so cute, vid is a nice journey down memory lane
I loved this!! It's so nostalgic looking back over your homes together isn't it? My husband and
i have been together since I was 20, we got married when I was 28 and I loved making each and every place we lived in a home (we moved house a lot too between Ireland and Australia). This is also a lovely video for your boys to watch and see the journey you've been on together :-)
You should consider making a video like this, even if it's just for you and your family :)
It is really interesting! Waiting for your next story :)
So fun to watch this and hear the stories. I can't wait for the next one!
This was so interesting. Thanks for sharing.
