I really enjoyed this! I would love to visit New Zealand someday. Any suggestions on an area to visit that's not too touristy?
Depends on what you want to see. You could hire a camper van and tour around and see things off the beaten path.
I'd also suggest going off season like sep/oct. Cold mornings, decent weather during the day mostly. No as crowded as nov-feb.

I love these interviews and it really gets you thinking. I would love to see an interview from something from the US. It would be interested to see how their experience was since both countries are so different.
