Hii Dr.Williams I got my breast implants almost 2 years ago under the muscle ..I had a nice recovery because it was a small implant 340 cc..my Question is why do I feel like a burning sensation on my incision its so uncomfortable it feels like if they put alchol on a cut when its been heel 2 year ? I do notice my incision scar shows alot I don't mind but it wasn't like that ..my measurements of my incision it's 1 inch and 1cm so it strech when it wasn't it was thin and when I touch it it feels like a separation and sensitive when I touch it..I wonder if it's because I gain 15lb I was 119lb my breast got stretch and the incision scar got open..I do want to go bigger because they are to small for me I want 400cc with a lift I wonder if I can and because of the incision would it scar easy or is there complications with 2nd time..Also if all breast incision feel like that I wonder how it feels with the lift scar it must feel uncomfortable 😢
It is very unusual for the scar to hurt. I would see your surgeon and ask them. I tell all of my patients to massage their scars beginning at three weeks after surgery with a silicone scar cream. You could try that to see if it helps. You can still improve your scar after a couple of years.
