I Would like to know why some women have their implants up to their clavicle after the sx and some look like they are much lower (like they would already dropped). I was 2 days po UTM and my implants never were very high. Is it the size and anatomy of the chest and muscle? I do have a longer torso with a bony sternum. I keep on worrying that I bottomed out right after sx. I would love to hear any feedback.
if going under the gland, are the post op instructions similar? for example, how soon could I start working out or the gym (light workout not heavy, assuming I won’t be able to lift for a couple of months)?
Can you compare to females with same kind of breast implant and 340cc under the muscle and over..and 400cc..but same natural breast size like small B cup so we could see how would it look with 340cc or 400cc..plz..is because I'm small 32 B cup and I was undecided if 340cc or 400cc and I got 340cc and they look the same like my natural ones I'm 5 mths already I'm still same size bra 32 B..I got the under the muscle I want to get th change to 400cc..one last question one breast I lost sensitivity but when I touch it hurts all the way to the nipple,it hurts when I walk because it moves, or when I sleep its really uncomfortable because I want to sleep on my side or in my tummy can you tell me why ?..

60cc isn't much of a difference. You need around 150cc-200cc to go up a cup size. Go as big as the surgeon allows. For instance, if he or she says your frame can handle x amount, go for that size. Good luck.
Does putting the implant in the subglandular space allow the breast to have more agility (realistic movement- not moving out of place as you spoke of in the video)?
Yes, you will not experience movement of the implant, called animation, if the implant is placed under the gland (sub-fascial space) compared to under the muscle.
does someone here or you guys from the channel know if the Mia Femtech new implants that are on top of the muscle are good? like non damaging of the inside of the breast? to hold it all up... without sagging?
I've heard that some implants can be done through the armpit. Is this accurate? If so can a sub muscle be done through the armpit? I would imagine it would definitely be possible but I'm not a surgeon so, what do I know? Heh.
For sure. No one needs implants. However, some people choose to enhance their breasts with a fuller look, or increase the volume of their breasts. It's a personal choice. One person might never consider an implant while it is the right choice for someone else. But I never think it is someone else's decision. We all are free, thankfully, to make our own decisions.

In a thin patient with small breast, can you do a Lip Fat Transfer, wait 6 months and then do a sub-glandulat implant?

That's a good question. I like to go sub-fascial in your situation providing you have enough breast tissue.

Implants don't hold a breast up. They actually contribute to making them sag more.

Yes you are correct. They absolutely they can be placed through the armpit and under the muscle.
Under the breast is safer than under the muscles. Even there is risk of carpsul contraction.

Over time under the tissue will drop and look nice. but if surgeons cut a nerve under the muscles you will become so sick and they will not tell you.
