Small fyi the high pressure fuel line is usually recommended to be replaced I learned the hard way the aren’t meant to be taken off and on multiple times that might be the same with the hose that popped off causing the same with the coolant
The 2.0 Ecoboost engine is the worst thing that happened to me after switching from the reliable 1.6 ecoboost. After 22,000 km a problem with the chain tensioner. After about 37,000 km a problem with misfiring and deposits in the engine. after 50,000 km problems with lambda sensors and catalytic converter after 62,000 km unknown noise from the timing gear area, replaced timing gear, pulleys, noise still persisted after 74,000 km pvc valve failure, misfire after replacing pvc still occurs 95k I sold this scrap, engine blew up at 109k at the next owner engine always warmed up and cooled down, refilled with Amsoil every 8,000 km and every 15,000 with new original spark plugs, driven in such a way that it often saw the whole tachometer field as well as speeds over 200 at least once a week.....
If you think the 2.0 is bad, I wonder what you would think of my 2.3. I think this is a one off, all you hear about the 2.0's is longevity and reliability
Hi Nick. Longtime subscriber to your channel. Just got a couple questions for you: (Sorry if you already answered these in previous videos) Did you end up going with the Big Wheel Stocker turbo after all? Who are you selecting as your tuner? Stratified? Edge? JST? EMS? Did you happen to spray down the interior of the intake manifold with degreaser and Brakleen before putting it back on the engine? You'd be surprised how much oil and gunk builds up inside those things, even with a catch can and PCV plate. Did you carbon clean the intake valves? Did you use carbon syncros on the trans?
@@greecoboost yes I used the bws and am getting it tuned by JST. I cleaned out the intake and intercooler with gasoline to break down and clean out the oil. I did carbon clean the valves and install carbon synchros
And just like that, back on the game 🔥🔥🔥
Awesome job man.
Wow! Amazing work! Well done! 👍🏻
Let's get it

Doing the same thing right now, awaiting a new flywheel because mine had a lot of play, yanked my motor from a 14 mkz you?
Could you do a how much it all cost kind of video?
