I really don't like the Korean drinking culture where they higher ups force their workers to drink and 'socilize' with them and taking away their time from their families
It's common in most Asian countries, or at least in my area. Bosses force their way around or give workers a hard time, while favoring the workers who caved in for them.
It’s so dumb and they shouldn’t feel like they have to stay all night and drink with them even if they don’t want too. That’s like peer pressure right there

I have no idea how the idol system in Korea can consistently sustain itself like it does with the way the conditions are for everyone. Not only all these horrible conditions for managers, but back when I was an exchange student in Korea I had a friends friend who was a stylist for a girl group and had to file a civil lawsuit against the company for never getting paid thousands of dollars owed for all their styling services. How does it keep going strong when literally everyone (including the idols themselves, managers, stylists, salon) work in long and harsh conditions and many times dont even get paid or severely underpaid.

"you nees to be mentally stable" ?????? 😦
to me that is more "you need to think that this is normal", which it is not at all. All of those ppl yelling their way down seriously have anger issues and should see desperately a therapist. with the highest one first. URGH, I cannot stand ppl like that
Damn, never thought that much about how managers have it bad.
i want to be grazy grace manager
I got a taxi in Seoul, scariest ride of my life. Ran red lights, speeding, so scary.
