I think this is a really motivational and healthy study with me video. You've not shown anything too extreme, and although people who do that often don't mean anything bad by it, it can have really negative effects on people watching when content is unrealistic.

I love that you have a good mix of things in your day :) good on you for taking time out to have regular breaks and do some activities you enjoy. I think that was one mistake I made in my final year of high school and my mental health seriously suffered.
