Me thinking that I can make a highly detailed, fully rendered webtoon with beautiful non-3d backrounds before realising after 3 chapters, 64 pannels and a painful wrist that keeping this up any longer is impossible
Being a Webtoon artist is tougher than we think 🤧 I’ve been thinking of buying a wrist strap or something to keep my wrist still while drawing:O Don’t forget to care of yourself!! 🫶🤍✨
It’s still hard!! 🥹🤣 I’ve drawn my characters so many times that I kind of know how to get them to look the same. It’s the little details that make all the difference. The way their eyes are shaped, how thick their brows are, the distance of their nose from their eyes, and their lips from the nose. It takes time, but once you get used to it- it gets much easier!
I'm slowly making progress on my first webtoon chapter too! I didn't know this is such a slow process 😢 My favorite part so far is probably lineart^^ What's yours?

How do you manage to make your character the same in every drawing. I find it very difficult to keep his appearance the same.
