Great question! If I was wearing a N95 mask, I would cut all the hair off my head. Extreme but whatever. I currently am a teacher and my interaction with known infectious individuals is zero. So I'm wearing dust masks and letting the people who need the N95 masks have them. When I see people wearing N95 masks in public, I assume they themselves are infected...
