I have been checking several times a day for them to come back on Amazon and today i was shocked to see them back. I ordered one as fast as i could and must have gotten the last one because i checked back a few minutes later and they had all sold out.I wish Amazon would order more so everyone who wants one could get it. I am lucky today.

Any ideas on where to go for a reasonably priced wiring kit? I own this same guitar and am wanting to replace the existing wiring/pots for a higher quality kit with split coil option but everything I'm finding online seems to cost close to what I paid for the guitar. I already bought a new set of pickups, now just wanting top it off with better wiring but not wanting to spend too much. Any ideas? Thanks!
well i usually buy the raw parts from various suppliers and build my own harness, but you could also buy one from GFS, they sell a pretty good one. I play alot of rock at high volume, we don't use a sound guy so I need a something that won't get super feedbackish when loud, looking for a decent spare guitar, do you think this guitar could do the job?, I love the look of it.
This will get the job done! looks and plays like a Les Paul. I also play rock and blues pretty loud. The only issue I have with it is its heavy like a Les Paul! so if +8.5lb is not too much for you then it will be good.
I use 9-46 customs on Gibson style and 9-42 on all the rest. you will probably be fine with 10-46. I think these come set up with that size. if anything you might need to adjust the intonation a tad. have fun and rock on!

I have one, they are great for the money. The tuners are trash, the headstock looks ugly. Had some very little cosmetic flaws but you really had to look for them. pickups pretty good, set up was nice.
@@DavidTheFixerofThings really? To me it sounded like it was picking up other things. Anyways, hows the neck Angle( neck pocket) and fret work. Thinking of buying this for my son.
@@teemoleague907 It is a very well built guitar. However I have found with these type of Asian instruments, that the QC is not consistent. However, I have bought 3 guitar models from this company, and they ALL have been very well built. That being said. There were minor flaws and setup issues. one of them had sharp frets on the upper registry. The 300 has a nice neck. straight and zero fret issues!. However, the electronics are cheap. I already replaced the volume pots, and wired it for a traditional Gibson. It comes wired like a Epi, or Fender. Not sure if I will keep it. I was reminded while playing it, why I stopped owning LP style guitars. They are thick and heavy, and my forearm always gets a crease where it lies across the edge of the upper bout. But for those really into LP, this is just as good as any Epi. I own over 18 guitars. don't really need another. Oh, and BTW, I think the weird sounds you were hearing was feedback from me sitting right in front of the speakers!

Most likely, yes. these are pretty much a knock off of the epi LPs.
What type of oil do you use for the fret board?
I use high quality mineral oil. the brand I use is Wisconsin hardwoods. got it from Rocklers.

Hat country are you ordering these from Amazon on ? Because I’m in Canada and the there are only a couple of this brand and this isn’t one of them.
It is in amazon canada, just look up ivy guitar....out of stock as of now though. I bought one in november for 271

I ended up selling mine. too dam heavy! and blocky! reminded me why I stopped playing LPs .

BTW, its not the amp. Its the mic. I was using a crappy microphone. Its the guitar review. not the amp. and I own 8 high end amps....
