I feel like I've watched a million of these tutorials and just couldn't get my head around making a seamless pattern. This is the first one that was truly helpful and easy to understand. Thank you so much!
Happy to hear that Rachel, thank you ☺️
Thank you so much! I've watched countless tutorial videos and I've still never been able to do it, until now!
Glad I could help! :)
Thank you so much I’ve been struggling with this but your method was so easy to follow.
Glad it helped!
Thanks a lot.. the best and easiest method I’ve come across after watching a zillion videos.. great explanation!!
This video is super helpful especially for fashion designers to make repeated prints! I've watched so many videos but nothing was as simple as this and so satisfying to see the result too
I'm so glad! Thank you! 😊
I just started learning how to use Procreate and really enjoyed creating this cute and colorful pattern. Somehow I was lost for a while towards the end, but managed to get it done. Thank you so much for this free lesson.
Finally! I understood how to make patterns! Thank you!💞
Thank you! I finally got it! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩👍
Reality clear and brilliantly explained, thank you. I can’t wait to try this week!
This was really helpful, thanks!
Loved your way, not even a single mistake I made with this method, thank you so much

I REALLY ENJOYED THIS! Your explanation is so clear while most others make it sound so complex. ThankQ!!
Thank you so much! ☺️
Thank you so much your tutorial explain very clear I’ve been watching video like this but your video is No.1 for me . Thank you
Wow this was incredible. This helped me make my first beautiful pattern. Procreate is so awesome! Thank you!
Simple and perfectly explained - and a lovely pattern. Thank you!
That was amazing thank you. Gonna have to watch multiple times (not ur fault it’s me!). You are so talented with your drawings and colour selection.
This is exactly what I was looking for! Perfectly explained, thank you so much 😊
You explained this so well! I’ve watched other videos and was left pretty confused but this was the most helpful one I’ve watched!
I'm so glad! Thank you! 😊
Thanks a lot! I haven't tried yet but I guess as soon as there's no need to merge the layer with corners and the layer which is going to be moved, then it may be easier to keep the corners for the next layer and not to mark them again, and just move it above the next layer.
Great explanation ❤
OMG, I absolutely loveeeee this design ❤❤❤
Thank you for nice Sharing 🥰
This is so cool. I want to try this :)
Excellent clear instructions! Thank you
I have seen so many tutorials but you taught so well, more power to you 👍

Thankyou very much!
Thanks for the video! Yours was the most helpful and easiest to follow than other ones!
Thank you ☺️
This is a great video - much easier to understand than others. I do have a question. What do you do if you do have seams?
Thank you for such a clear tutorial that makes patterning seem a lot easier than other complicated tutorials-
So now to try what I’ve learnt - I’ll try to send you some of what might not be as simple clear crisp designs as your beautiful patterns
I tend to over crowd and do not understand the word minimalist!
Thank you again an awesome tutorial
❤️
Hi Liz, I'm glad you found it helpful. Sure, you can always email me, email ID is in the About section. I would love to see what you create 😊 .. And, we have all been there, I tend to often overcrowd my designs too 😀

Thank you for this video. It was easy to follow. But I cannot get the dang lines out of my pattern. My squares come off just slightly off. driving me crazy. I have redone and redone. any tips?
I got confused and lost with all the duplicating, jeez! 😵😵😵
I am gonna have to do it while watching step by step. starting to wish I had brought an Ipad Pro instead of just an Ipad.
Great Lesson! 👏🤗
Thank you! Super helpful
Thank you ☺️☺️
Awesome tut. Tq so much.
Glad it was helpful! :)
So, you have to mark the corners in order to move it correctly yes? I thought you said, we didn't have to make that mark. But if that mark isn't there, then only the elements themselves move (because there's no background layer behind it, moving along with it). Is that correct? Thank you so much!!
If I clipping mask the print on a dress. can I adjust the scale of the print? I know adobe illustrator give you this option
Wonderful tutorial just wanted to know if you know of any print on demand sites in india who print on fabrics
I don’t live in India, so I have no idea ☺️
Valeu!
Hi good job. Which iPad u use? Or which iPad u advice chip (enough to draw) to me to draw pattern?
Thanks dear
Thank you too!
Whenever I try to select my finished pattern the box isn’t the same size as the canvas and the fit to screen option cuts off my pattern idk what I’m doing wrong!
Vry helpful video . But I don’t know what’s the reason it never exact although I perfectly put it on the yellow lines ?
What i might be doing wrong ?
Or it does for one shape and never for the others
Is love...
I have a question, I tried to set the canvas 10 inch x 10 inch but the I only got 18 layer meanwhile on your procreate is 51 layer. Why is different?
Hi! This is dependent on the iPad hardware - the amount of RAM. If you set the size and dpi same as mine, but still get less layers - this is the reason!
Do you make your design in RGB or CMYK please?
This was done in RGB because the CMYK feature still had bugs in procreate at that time :)
@@printmesomecolor Thank you! Does it matter if I upload the design in RGB to Spoonflower rather than in CMYK?
Unlike other printers, Spoonflower prints in RGB, so you can happily upload designs in RGB 😊 (source: spoonflower blog)
@@printmesomecolor Thank you very much !🎉🎉🎉
Hello Darling . My pictures don’t work together. They don’t create one picture of the four. On end. Do you know where is the problem? Thanks
Hi Adriana, you will have to elaborate the question. Do you mean the ends of the image don't match up to create a seamless pattern?
Yes exactly. It doesn’t continue smoothly as one picture
@@cheekymonkey376 You might be making a mistake while dragging the image to create the repeating pattern block. Have you turned the snapping ON. Check the video from 6:25 onwards.
In most of these tutorials people speak so so fast it’s very difficult to follow 😒
You can change the playback speed to 0.75 or watch with subtitles. If I speak any slower, people complain that I'm too slow. :)
Wow this was incredible. This helped me make my first beautiful pattern. Procreate is so awesome! Thank you!
Yay! 😀 thanks for trying my tutorial ☺️
