Only thing I don’t like about your car pricing website is that it doesn’t all for trim level selection nor year selection. Big miss. Example… I selected Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid and your site doesn’t have anywhere to select trim level. A definite con. Please add trim level and year so we, as customers, are not bombarded by car dealers pitching the wrong trim and/or year.
I would go with the Tucson limited for 2025 because I have a 2021 Tucson limited and I love the car and the size for carrying items in the back is very close and I would save some money with the Tucson
Thanks for all your videos, going from 2023 Santa Fe hybrid. Watch all your videos about competitors. Which are spot on. Maybe you decide on buying the Tucson over the Santa Fe mainly cuz I don't need a third row. Picking it up on Monday. Thanks for all your videos.
Thank you, bought the2025 Tuscon Hybrid limited and liking it very much except for it not having auto fold mirrors and rear tun signals in an awful place, the lower bumper.
I’m only one person I don’t need a third row. I’m not sure how much more the Santa Fe calligraphy is compared to the Tucson Limited but holy shit does that Santa Fe blow the Tucson out of the water and every single category I can’t even imagine comparing the two.
I'm pretty sure the Tucson is going to get a complete new refresh next year the Palisade and the Santa Fe have adopted a new body style leaning towards a box/square aesthetic I'm assuming the Tucson will do the same next year I would hold off on buying a Tucson until the new model comes out
Do you really think so ? I'm not an expert at all in cars and I'm about to go ahead and purchase the 2025 Tucson. If you really think we'll be getting a new one next year then I'll be loosing money and should probably wait.
@samuellazare3549 I think the 2026 model which should be announced in summer of 2025 will probably be a next gen model the Palisade and the Santa Fe both got the update I think the Tucson is next since it's probably their more popular model but at the same time if you hold off of it the 2025 model will be at a discount if it gets replaced by a completely new design
@@rnickiford I see thanks for all the information. I still have 2 questions if you don't mind. Do you think the new one 2026 will be a huge change compared to this one? Do you think it would be smart to get the 2025 when the new one comes out? I don't think you can answer my questions since we know nothing about the newer one to come.
Yes I think it's going to be a big difference because they are going in a different direction as you can see with the new Santa Fe and Palisade I am just guessing about the new model coming out in 2026 but it makes so much sense as for not buying the 2025 that's a hard choice I personally purchased a Santa Fe last year before the more boxy model came out this year I don't regret it it's just something to think about@@samuellazare3549
I am just as confused in which to pick as ever!!. I am surprised that Hyundai didn't give Santa Fe a larger motor such as a 2.4 Liter or a 2.0 Turbo. It is a bigger heavier car so it deserves more of a motor.
Absolutely excellent comparison. The Santa Fe is the best choice if you have more people and stuff to move around, although the Tucson gets extra points in the "exterior looks" category IMO If I had to get into a Hyundai right now, it will be a 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy 😉
When I first seen the new santa fe I HEAVILY considered getting it. But that REAR, its horrendous. Like I don’t understand it. Why make a car that looks good just to ruin it…
I bought a Tucson this year for my family of 4 it’s tight .. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family that size .. looking to trade in now maybe to the Santa Fe
am i the only one that doesn't like those long slim screens that replace the speedometer and other gauges,,does not mesh well with the dashboard and looks gaudy..
So many people complained about the split screen configuration looking old fashioned that they changed it to this streamlined version. I don't really have a preference. Both look fine to me
The 8 speed DC combined with a transmission program from the ECU is what caused the failure in transmission issues which was reported a lot when it first came out. The hybrid is pretty much bulletproof vs the gas model.
There is no 8-speed transmission with the Hybrid... it has a 6-speed. and tbh, the 8-speed transmission is junk compared to Hyundai's 6-speed transmission.
If the Hyundai vehicle’s engine were not completely junk and the 2024 Santa-Fe looks like a big box rolling down the road go buy one. I’m on my third engine on my 2013 Santa Fe Sport awd and I wouldn’t take one if it was free.
Only a moron would think the 2013 Hyundai Engine is the SAME engine found in the 2025 lineup... yes, the 2013 engine was trash, the 2025 engines are just fine.
@@bossanova7462 Ya sure... the Theta II Engines? You mean the ones from over a DECADE AGO that haven't been produced or manufactured or used in many years in CURRENT Hyundai vehicles? Oh wait, it's all a conspiracy, right?

Tucson for me - it's very pleasant to drive, easy to maneuver and park, and has all the technology.
I don't need a three-row SUV so the Tucson for me
hey! in the future, you should definitely include the welcome and goodbye chimes in future hyundai/kia vehicle reviews. they are super cool!
Hi Mason And Hi Drew When You Will Be Reviewing The 2024 Volkswagen Golf GTI Autobahn And 2025 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition
Why didn't the Tucson deserve a point (or half) for the quieter interior?
I would go with the Tucson limited for 2025 because I have a 2021 Tucson limited and I love the car and the size for carrying items in the back is very close and I would save some money with the Tucson

Congrats on your new ride!

I went with the cool, retro-like style of the Santa Fe. It handles beautifully and I am thrilled with it!
Tucson; will be buying the hybrid SEL convenience next month
The Hyundai Santana is a cool choice! It's all about finding the perfect ride that matches your style and needs.
Santa fe hybrid is really good, the top trim.
I’m only one person I don’t need a third row. I’m not sure how much more the Santa Fe calligraphy is compared to the Tucson Limited but holy shit does that Santa Fe blow the Tucson out of the water and every single category I can’t even imagine comparing the two.
Bro 4WD is good or AWD for performance and for off road
Which car has the most headroom for a 6’6 driver?
I'd go wit the Tucson Hybrid. Currently I have a 22 Santa Fe Hybrid Blue
Why does the Tucson put the rear turn signals in the lower bumper? First place to get hit or broken easily.
How often do you get hit in the bumper?

So from this video the only conclusion I can take from it it's bigger car is slightly bigger. Everything else is so minor it does not matter

Excellent comparison! Call me crazy but I personally prefer the Tucson!😸🎄
The Tucson is like the og Santa Fe now in terms of size

You're not wrong about the Santa Fe, but I feel doubly so about the Tucson - HORRIBLE tail lights (fangs!), and really bad front too.
Rear santa fe i can't live with 🤢🤧
Team tucson here
I bought a Tucson this year for my family of 4 it’s tight .. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family that size .. looking to trade in now maybe to the Santa Fe
You must have an insanely wide family of 4... I also have a family of four and have ZERO problems fitting everyone and their stuff in the Tucson.
Team Santa Fe hybrid calligraphy! Way superior vehicle to the Tucson.

It's beyond my understanding on why Hyundai has chosen not to provide 8 spd TC transmissions for the hybrid units till now 🙄🙄
Hybrid is 6-speed auto, gas is 8-speed DC I beleive

Thank you so much 😀
Santa Fe all day! Tucson still looks gorgeous though.
When did Under Armour start building vehicles?
The Santa Fe is so nice inside, but the outside, especially the rear end, is horrible and disgusting. I can't look at it.
First comment? Yes! Lol
