  • In this episode of my podcast I share a mental training tool called the ABC method - it's super easy to remember and highly effective to tackle negative emotions such as fear, anger, overwhelm or jealousy (and many more) - on and off your mountain bike. I use it a lot with my clients in my counselling, but also with the athletes when we work on mental strength and resilience - and also use it a lot myself when I get frustrated while practicing or just overwhelmed with emotions of different sorts.
