Thank you Adam. Very detailed helpful video, good job! Do you know why shims are used at times and not others. I used Bosch pads and no shims came with them.

Wth, I changed mine a year ago. I wrestled trying to get them off and on. It was the hardware I had a problem with . Done my own brakes for years and never struggled that much. Wonder if i did something wrong.

Do you have a video on 2013 kia soul real wheel Bearing, pads, rotors, shoes, that fixes the bad sensor for ABS breaking, in the process.

Do I need to bleed my brakes at all or open the top of the little brake fluid thingy?

No need to bleed, i didn't open anything just pushed the pistons back into the caliper.

Its best to open the bleed screw when pushing back the piston that way the brake fluid that has been exposed to the heat is ejected. Then top up the master. this way you will prevent future ceased calipers... ho ya use a jack stand!!

@@Screwdriversteve1 If one does, have a hose from bleed screw to bleeder container with like type brake fluid. Ho ya, however, if your moving the piston only the minute amount needed, the brake system isn't damaged in any way. Good day!

You trust that jack a little too much.
