Listening to this clerk was extremely painful...
THIS IS A REOCCURRING THING WITH THESE PEOPLE.
That was the foreperson!
Yes, she needs to work on her oral reading skills! Yokes!
@@Cyriacus58...That is incorrect. That is not the foreperson reading the verdict. It is the clerk for this judge & court.
Maybe the state of Florida could find a shorter way of reading the verdict. Also, the judge should read the riles.
She's reading like she's in 4th grade
It's how liberals read.

That's rich when you have the convicted felon doing this:

Humus for Hamas
infrashtrusher for infrastructure

tRump the dolt...
This is the second court clerk in 2 different trials that can’t pronounce words on the verdict form they’re asked to read.
Yes, the same in Wade Wilson, absolutely terrible, you would think they would practice these type of words and forms beforehand, very unprofessional.
It was painful to listen to
She's a clerk of the court and can't pronounce "justification". What a ditz
@garrybuicke1803 I see so many court clerks the same. They should have to do a public speaking course for this position.
Exactly.
They really should get someone that knows how to read…
Court clerk either needs to go back to school and learn to read aloud, or get better glasses.
She's nervous. Chill.
The nauseating repetition was torture enough but being forced to listen to her stumbling over her words was cruel and unusual punishment
The clerk needs to read the form and learn how to pronounce ahead of time. Good verdict. Bad reading.
For the most part people these days in the professional arena don't know how to read, speak, articulate or do things in a professional manner. This is really bad in the work force this should not occur.....😢
"HE DIDNDU NUFFING YALL HE A GOOD BOI" THE RACE THAT INVENTED SLAVERY(HINT:WE WERE VIKANGZ)
Did the clerk even pass a public service exam to get the position?
We have a reading comprehension issue here.
The publishing of the verdicts and sentences was more about the clerk's inability to read them properly than it was about the seriousness of the verdicts and the sentences that were imposed. If she can't read, then they should get someone else who can.
NO CLASS, NO SHAME, NO DIGNITY.
5 human lives lost by a monster RIP This is the kind of thing that happens when you let the devil into your mind
That's why we need God in our lives

He knows now that he doesn’t have to worry about saving for retirement.
His digestive system is in turmoil while awaiting the verdict. You messed up big time dude.
@EASTSIDERIDER707
He's probably not neurotypical. He's not wired correctly.
So, you don't have to know how to read to be a court's clerk? wtf? She is awful!
@sopheadutch6350
She wasn't that bad. The procedure is the problem in reading the same text over and over again for each count.
@@tflg3257 Nah, man. She was bad.
Why did they call out the names of the people on the jury. That should be confidential. They need to learn how to read first. Extremely bad job by the court. This is just my opinion. This has nothing to do with the judge.
They weren't calling out the names of the jurors. They are the names of the victims per count of murder.
Lol at busting chops over how this person reads yet you couldn't understand that the names were related to each count of murder he was charged with.
Sentenced to death by a 4th grader.
I was going to watch this but after reading the comments about the fourth grader reading I won't.
@alexxela8956
The clerk is catching heat for the tedious trial verdict announcements that Florida has.
The education system there must be sorely lacking. Good lord.
Do they really need to go through all that crap no wonder she's stuttering just say guilty or not
That was one cold blooded crime.
LOL, "justa-fii-cajion"🤣, by the time she is done, "the dude should be set free" (because we should not have to put through this kindergarten reading of an actual serious/heinous matter" (what a joke of this court procedure).
It's really sad how the people in this world is so quick to judge someone on how they speak or read 😮 SMH
Is this the same clerk from the Wade trial? She couldn't read either! You'd think that as reading these forms aloud is part of your job, you'd learn how to say them! It's so infuriating! She's tripping over the same words time and time again! 🤯
Cruel and unusual punishment, it might be part of the sentence 🤪
This is the 2nd trial I have watched recently where the Clerk struggled with common legal terms.
she's so bad it's hard to comprehend the verdict
A Jury made the correct decision....guessing for a few it was difficult, but this case screamed out for the utilmate punishment. Sadly he will continue to live and breath for the next 20 years...his Victems won't.
So the court clerk is tasked with reading the verdict, but she can't even read or pronounce the word comtemporaneously? SMH contemporaneously contemporaneous
Is this the first day on the job for this clerk? Contemporaneously, say it!
What did his parents expect giving him that name?
This clerk isn't up to the job!!!
That reading 🫣🫣🫣🫣
How. Do they get the jobs for working for the court? Who actually hires them. I they appoint there friends
Ok but next time can we have the Judge read rather than a clerk who can't pronounce words
Oh no shes still making strange noises 8 minutes in - you have been warned
LORD help us all.
This guy has serious legal problems now only thing he can try is an appeal
Clerk is horribly inept- mispronounces same word multiple times...second contemporaneously was pronounced contempurous-anally.
Liked n shared
Obviously the clerk was nervous, despite the crime she is reading the outcome of someone's life ,I'm sure anyone would be a bag of nerves .
That's what I thought
Agreed, but she should be trained to get through this type of reading without stumbling over the words so much.
English is my second language and I know very well how to say contemporaneously and justification. 😊

I am glad that the defend attorney didn't ask her to repeat.
I wish these people would learn to pronounce "Heinous".
They pronounced one word right..
