In this case if I was a snipper looking to take out the head of state, I would always go for the SUV or Limo bearing the national flag and the presidential standard which would uniquely happen to be just one vehicle in the said motorcade and a direct contrast to 1st word nations where a decoy would bear everything in resemblance to the original presidential car.
