Hey Renee and Olga thanks for the tour and yeah that looks pretty hot!! I agree with you staying in a tourist area you get high prices and not much culture I would prefer a more local experience. Stay well hydrated during that heat and don't forget to go swimming that looks awesome!

Excellent undercover work. It wouldn't be my choice either, but there's a market for resorts like that, and even the inflated prices are reasonable compared to other countries. Looking forward to the next video.

Thanks! Yeah, I know Porto Bello. If you walk for about 15-20 min left along the beach there will be many nice beach cafes with live music and the best water is at Beach park goo.gl/maps/T4UqeEQUXDp3aFvWA. Also very lively atmosphere there in the evening. Have a great holiday!
As far as I know taxi’s cannot refuse to go by the meter, you can sue them for that. They will get a huge fine for that. Everyone should know this because we need to stop these scammers!

Ahi nos hospedamos, no esta nada mal en Lara Hotel podria estar mejor es un gran edficio frente a la playa pero creo que las habiataciones deberian de esta mejor es una pena y esta muy cerca de la cascada Duden. tambien bastante cerca del Terra Mall, aunque no acostumbro ir a los Malls cuando viajo este lo visitamos y creo que estuvo bastante bien y mi hija compro ropa de hilo para su esposo a muy buenos precios y calidad 👌

I'm looking at coming to Turkey for the first time later this month and I will be booking one of the 5* in Lara (probably the Swandor, as it looks a more relaxing place!). We do want to get out through would you recommend Antalya city and Side? If so how is best to get there from Lara are there buses or would we have to get taxis?. Thanks

I know nearly all Hotels there )) , when you want stay, the Best Hotels are Barut Lara , Royal Wings, Titanic Beach & Ic Green Palace and Titanic Mardan Palace ;)

I can't find out any price's on the Internet/TripAdvisor
you can find current taxi rates from this video ruclips.net/video/sZilz_S86fw/видео.html, then check out the distance on google maps and calculate the expected price for the ride. just ask them to go by the meter

Is it a good idea to visit or immigrate to Turkey during the inflation crisis? And also, how does the inflation in Turkey affect the value of the US dollar? Is the cost of living such as food and rent still a lot cheaper in turkey compared to the United States even during the inflation crisis? Does the high inflation in Turkey have a negative, positive or a neutral impact on the value of the US dollar? Does the US dollar still have a lot of buying power in Turkey during the High inflation?

The Turks prefer hundreds of 5-star hotels in Antalya for their holidays in April, May, September and October because Antalya's summer months are very hot.There are 428 5-star hotels in Antalya :))
yes, those months have much nicer weather. but many people can only go during summertime because of the family (children have holidays). Also for tourists from colder countries even very hot is still ok, because they don’t have the heat back home.

Normally all coasts belong to all nation because of wrong infrastructures in Tr you can use only "public beaches" where normally all beaches are public. Anyway please compare Antalya to Alanya and so on. Also 5 star hotel worlds are completely different then others but i think a lot of money is needed for experience. Why dont you talk to them show your channel and hav may be 3-5 days free for their advertisements ? :)
I think "private hotel beach" is not only in Turkiye, but in other countries too.
Talking to a 5 star hotel is not so easy, as they don't even have a marketing email online and do their marketing through agencies. So if you know a way to get through to them, let me know ☺️
We just got back from.icelmer we stayed in the old village there in an apartment. Not a hotel. I don't like staying in hotels. I want to be on my own holiday. Not everyone else's holiday. We like icelemer. We were able to walk about fifteen minutes to the beach or to the front and plenty of food places there. Some were trying to up the price cos they knew we were tourists. Which I don't like. I don't want to be ripped off. Why do Turkish do this. Next time I will tell them I live in Turkey. And stop them charging what they want which is so wrong.
From my experience turks will alway their small scams. I would get stressed about it then work out the actual price for everything and feel embarrassed about turks having hard times esp in Nov 2022 antalya bazaar sellers offering crazy discounts. Now personally just buy less and focus on maintaining my stuff but don't want turks to suffer.

If you want to see the real Turkey, go to Aksaray.
Turkey is becoming overpriced considering the infrastructure isn't all that great.
I think if you buy a tour for a week together with a flight daily price will be much lower
I think the problem is more of the high inflation crisis then the infrastructure. A 70% inflation rate will have a huge negative impact on the prices of everything
