Why is it important for our young girls from the ages of 12 to see a gynaecologist?
It enables an early understanding of sexual and reproductive health creating a healthy and approachable environment for your teen .
You can reach out to Dr. Karen on this number: +254 718 429 466.

I wish I had this kind of relationship with my mum. Wueh! I really suffered having no one to talk to about all I was going through. I really admire this kind of relationship Bi Mkuru has with Mumbus. I really messed up learning things on my own.

I had this kind of relationship with my mom. She never took me to a gynecologist at a tender age but I had candid conversations with me about such pertinent subjects. I applaud you Judy for being an incredible mom. The doctor is equally amazing, articulate and cordial. If I lived in Kenya I wouldn’t hesitate to take my girls to her👐watching from 🇺🇸

You've reminded me when I started my periods when I was 15yrs the abdominal pain has always been there since day one and now am a 34yrold woman and I still take painkillers it's not pain that you can go without painkillers. Have visited gynas hadi nikachoka they even gave up and told me nikizaa it will go away mmmmm. Maybe I should try this one.
