Can´t believe it´s been 11 years as of now since this has been posted. FF13 and 13-2 will forever have a special place in my heart. Warning to people coming here though - you WIll get down the rabbit hole of listening to the whole soundtrack. You might want to play them again and you WILL feel nostalgic, maybe, like me, even a bit sad. But remember - you´re here now and are able to listen to everything again. The memories were made. You might won´t be able to bring that time back, but you got your memories. And that´s something beautiful and sad at the same time 💜 Deep stuff over now. Beautifully said, my man. Couldn't have done it better. I remember watching the gamemovie of 13 and was so entranced by the characters and music that I had to buy 13-2 and play it myself. Such wonderful memories and vibes. Never gonna forget these feelings.

I went through so much stuff during that time period, and this game, and the music saved me, it was my only savior at the end of the day. I come back from school, go to work, and then come back and spend the last 2 hours of the day, with the game, and it makes everything better and easier for me. Despite that personal connection with the game, I really loved it, and I do not think it deserve the hate it gets. It has the best music hands down! and all the characters are amazing, and I can relate to some of them as well.

Yea, the FF13 trilogy is not even that good, but somehow I'm very fond of it, like I miss it so much even though I was playing other games more challenging and fun, but I just liked the experience, songs, places and shit. At the time it was awesome.

A lot of people hate on ff13 however the story touched my heart in more than one way. Even tho it's been now 10 years since I first played ff13 this sound bring back all the memories and makes me wanna cry ;_;

I played and beat Final Fantasy XIII when it released and loved the game. I moved to the Philippines soon after and have been living here since, never having known that it the 1st in a trilogy. Thanks to Game Pass I've played and beat XIII again, and downloaded XIII-2 and Lightning Returns, and I'm only halfway through XIII-2 and KNOW that I'm in for something profoundly bittersweet. This song absolutely encapsulates that feeling.
I loved playing as lightning because she's an awesome person to play as especially her summon! I love using them both in combat I love Sazh and Hope. I am not sure if I like Snow, I mean I love his summon that's about it lol
Although Lightning was serious, Serah is just cool, the type that would go around. FFXIII-2 is a masterpiece, a work of art. Any gamer will be amazed by its gameplay, astonished even to finish it.

Final Fanstasy has some of the best music I've ever heard. I started on FF VII and I can't wait to play FF XV once things slow down in my life and I can get more time to myself.

5 years ago huh? I do not even remember this comment, but I did end up playing the rest of the XIII trilogy & I didn't like the rest I even went back to play FFXIII again & all I liked about it was the music, it's great & I did play FF7 remake & its great
