Nice review. I noticed you have a dashcam installed. Have you hardwired it to the battery or do you use it with the 12V socket ? I plan of getting it hardwired like my current car but won't that void the warranty in case of a Volkswagen ?
It's connected to 12v socket. If you hard wire it warranty will be an issue

Although i drive a Taigun 1.0 AT and it’s been more then a year now. Everything you said I second you but in my case ac is weak, weak would be a understatement and so terrible. You mentioned temperature in place where you live goes to 40*c in the summer and key point is it’s “humid” there. But in my case peak temperatures in my region goes to 45-46 *c and it’s very dry. Probably that could be the reason for this awful ac performance in peak summers. I am not the only one but my friend too have faced the same thing this summer in his taigun. 😓
Buzzer activation is there for Hand brake engaged. May be it was not there in initial production .. i bought in June,23

my mileage is very low for a new highline virtus with 1k km run . it is giving 7 in city. Highways is very good at around 20

People Go for other brands due to features which are visible
But VW offers features which are meant to be experienced and not visible visually 😅
Which are far more impactful and people since ages go for features and not experience as this takes the extra effort for them wait and test.
Hence VW ppl always stay with VW no matter what.

I own a Virtus TSI too! Do you face any issue about Android auto music volume reduction after any notification/map alert is received? Any solution to keep the music volume constant after the notifications?
Try changing the speed dependent volume change option

Anyways, If I set speed sensing volume to zero, then does it mean that my volume will not change as per the speed anymore?
@@PranjalJoshi you can try that. But there should be an option to turn the feature off completely
Lot of owners complain about braking issues , break disc bend not covered under warranty etc !

You will never feel like there are drum brakes in real wheels.. very good braking to give you a good sense of safety. A/C needs to be maintained around 23 degrees to have best cooling
How is gear shift in automatic
Is it smooth or any lag is there
Is it better to prefer dsg gear box
I own it and have driven around 6K Kms.. gear shift is butter smooth both in automatic mode and manual shift mode..this will never be a jerky experience
All VW owners, I am confused between city MID variant and virtus highline 1.0 TSI. I like virtus but city beats that everytime. City goes 60 in first gear and 100+ in second. City is queen of comfort . City's Interior is soft touch instead of plastic like virtus. Virtus back seats can't have 3 people comfortably like city.Then how Virtus is better?
I am also confused between city vx and virtus topline.. what did you buy then?

Asking about quality petrol Octane 95 or low octane 91 or lower than that easily available normal petrol octane 87

What type petrol you are using now to get this performance ….
I used both 91 and 95 octanes.. no such visible difference observed n felt
just completed 15000 KM and with speed of 80 -90 Km/hr, I have got max 23 km/ ltr average

I have salavia 1.0 and I got milage of 21 km on hiway
with full tank, I could able to drive 850 Km on highway and off road.
I drove 16000 in 6 month skoda kushaq,
I just completed @ 10000 KMS in last 04 months and getting 22 KM/ltr average with speed of 80-90 Km/hr
Correct. 80/90 is the speed you should maintain to obtain a good fuel economy.
How is the NHV level inside the cabin ?
What petrol do you use? Do we need to use high octane petrol for Virtus?

Honda City is baap of all Sedan Under this segment. Honda City VX & ZX is class with 16 Inch Alloys

@@harikrishnan232 Yes IM City owner since 7 years with 2 generations, City is all rounder all balanced - Performance , Luxury, Looks, Comfort, Reliable engine no matter how bad u use it, engine remains ever green.
Only cons:
-ground clearance is less
-Cabin noise

@@jeewanmathpal5377 Ncap Rating is 4. Build quality is good not that great but life is safe. Mine Vx model has 6 airbags . Honda city is lengthy, front seats feels far from bonet and rear seats are far away, front impact at speed of 60 will harm you but life not in danger

Never felt in 6000 kms driven including pretty steep ghats in Western ghats with 5 people on board.. overtaking is butter smooth even in 4th gear as it pulls real good even at 80-90 kmph
Tsi engine is very noisy and has a lot of vibration not good, GT is the way to go
Not really felt ever on harsh noise or vibrations. This may be slightly on higher side compared to Honda city but nothing like annoying sounds
Im just 1000 kms completed with my virtus 1 litre AT... I'm getting an average of 8 kmpl.. 😢
Bro i think it is due to torque converter transmission. Keep light foot on throttle.
