Enough rooms to stabilise the Aussie housing crisis
Forest city is a ghost town which also makes it an ideal filming location. The project is majority foreign owned and their owners don't live there.
Actually amazing how popular that the royalty of Johor and the Chinese's developers had to issue a statement on why Forest City is not a failure project since 2021 🤔🤔🤔
100 billion USD spent for 700k people...or a few Netflix backdrops. Well, who's counting.
Me being Malaysian... Hey, that looks familiar 🗿
Therese a lot of ghost cities in China too.
it is a great location...give time and lower the price, it wont be ghost city anymore...
Malaysia 🇲🇾 boleh!
Beautiful city made by fantastic architects and engineers, I hope it will be completed soon.
Majority owner Chinese citizen....to overcome this sell the property cheaply to Msia or Sporean....as long as these Chineses citizen can pay thier loan or half of their loans....
What a waste. Many people wouldn't mind having a home there.
Malaysia ghost town is next level. It is unimaginable such luxurious apartments no one wanted. However once the ghost town connected with LRT, imaginable are the regrets of not owning it
