Ingredients
2 lb lean ground beef
½ cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
2 (6.5 oz) cans canned tomato sauce
½ cup water
2 tbsp white sugar
1 ½ tsp dried basil leaves
½ tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 ½ tsp salt, divided, or to taste
¼ tsp ground black pepper
4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
16 oz ricotta cheese
1 egg ¾ pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Lasagna sheets
4 cups flour
4 whole large eggs
5 large egg yolks

Insomma la pasta di per sé non è male sicuramente ma quella salsa tipo besciamella che è salsa prezzemolata allo yogurt con uovo e sale non si può vedere

@@a.a.s.w.8494 Я делала под свою форму (для запекания), она у меня меньше поэтому делала на глаз. Это ещё с учётом, что листы лазаньи у меня покупные.

You should use “besciamella” which is a sauce made with milk, flour, powder of nutmeg and salt instead of the ricotta, it will get more juicy so if you make it cook for a little more the pasta is able to hold together all the ingredients, but the lasagna isn t dry, so it s easier to cut and eat and most important it s better in flavor

I never eat lasagna. When I was a young child, I thought lasagna was layered vegetables. I am pretty sure to try it someday. It looks delicious.
Yeah...the look is the same, but the real recipe use the besciamel, which is a Italian and French sauce, made with butter, flour and milk.
If you come here, go to Bologna, there is where the lasagna dish is born, and trust me, it's worth it

Эти требования не "проглатывать" звуки так же смешны, как если бы таджики начали бы требовать от русских произносить все звуки в словах "солнце, счёты, кого, что, юбка, молоко" именно так как это пишется, а не оглушать звонкую согласную и не превращать безударную О в А. Звучать это будет просто дико для носителя русского языка
