It was my lower body workout day today and added these exercise to the end of my workout. They are great!! It also forces you to work some upper body as well, especially when doing the front and back lunges! Great video, easy to follow, to the point and very useful tips. Any chance you can focus on a compact upper body with or without cables covering all major muscle groups? 30/40/45 minute split workouts work great for people who have busy schedules.
this is why i brimg my owm ropes to the gym. the thought of a shared rope being used for pullthroughs and rubbing it against their sweaty crotch makes me cringe

Pretty subpar workouts. How do you use weights to make workouts lighter? Far from good recommendations
For some of the exercises the resistance was not going against the muscles. I was expecting way better
