Absolutely one of my favourite ever episodes, with possibly the finest comedy prop I've seen in the fisting bike; perfectly set up at the beginning with Mac complaining to Charlie about how hard it is to walk before the dog turd.
I love this episode. So good. Though he wouldn't be entitled to the ticket either way, what Frank did actually isn't a crime at all. He would have to call Mac the "F" word and than like assault him or something. But you're allowed to call someone whatever you want, you just have to deal with the consequences lolol.
This always struck me as trolling the censors. Sooo many things you NEVER see on TV; smoking, the N, F and C words the S word literally meaning feces... fists.

So a hate crime is like if you assaulted or murdered or robbed someone because of their ethnicity, or other things they’d be targeted for calling names doesn’t count no matter how terrible.
Not sure how lottos/scratchers work overseas but after Mac pays the taxes from the ticket and pays the Arbitrator, he'll actually be in the hole. Think it'd be around 10% of the ticket if I'm right.

I think this is the last truly great sunny episode, and I wish it had ended here. Mac finally comes out but the gang remain as awful as ever and still feel like themselves. After this point I think they all gradually devolve into caricatures.
nah the last season, 16, was a true return to form. i seriously recommend checking it out if you havent, some of the best episodes of the entire show in that one. i think starting the podcast and really analyzing what made the show so good helped Glenn Rob and Charlie a lot
