- Screwed up my KTM RC 390. Not much damages to the bike though.
It was an Open Track day at the Buddha International Circuit and was doing pretty ok apart from missing some lines. It was the last lap when things got ugly and the rear gave up on the KTM RC 390

Just few paisas worth opinions since you have shown the 'Do it your self' video, "Before joining the gym" and after sorting KTMs faring and etc, get the Fork lowered by 4mm(a starting point and test it) (eg:lowering the fork) (the video looked liked the fork legs is still factory set on the upper triple). This can sort out the fatigue complain to a point to turn in easy at hi speed's.
You have tired forcing the handlebar (involuntary held tight to hold on) Lap on Lap there by on the turn you had missed to notice you were preventing handlebar from settling or pointing to the turn(your were leaning and turning which is a no no).
The other is Rear Monoshock (dampers) if your vehicle (KTM specially)has done 3yrs and or completed 30k Kms the rear unit needs to be swapped out for a new Unit that suits your weight at least.
may be new Monoshock purchase can be a good Video for all of us. Hope this helps you and every one else
just remembered when using the track use the complete road or lane as a starting point, using Street n City traffic restrictions will give very little margin for safety when on track. Eg; using points 1-5 as reference 1 being the lowest usage and 5 as highest on track use the all 5 points.
