I listened to his How To Know A Person on audiobook. It was okay. I haven’t finished listening to this interview to see if it’s mentioned. I will consider this Second Mountain.
My experience is people don't like having meaningful conversations. Just what I call "see Jane run" conversations: a listing of what they're doing or have done. One has to deduce their passions and values.
Integration, with no deliberate, yet with speed, without adequate preparation leaves us wanting to peacefully avoid undesirable interactions and relationships. Hatred and disconnection are companions of withdrawal from association.
