Have you ever wondered, if a scholarship program is actually something that may apply to your situation? If you are an international student trying to pursue medicine in Germany I would highly recommend that you put some research into Scholarships!

I know that German universities are almost free but the thing is that I can not afford my food and accommodation. Could you please give us a scholarship in Germany which covers food and accommodation for medical students?

Hello again doctor Felix. Felix here. I am currently a community college student in Portland Oregon and I am wanting to eventually study a year abroad, or longer. I am taking a German class in school and I speak German pretty fluently with my mom as well. What would be the best scholarship for me to go to Germany and study medicine? Thank you.
Hey Felix, sorry but this heavily depends on your situation and I can't decide that for you I'm afraid. Go on the website and look up things that match up your situation - because for example some may only allow for a student with a specific level of income or other very precise stuff. Unfortunately there are no public universities in Germany offering medicine in english - only private ones (like Kassel medical school or UMCH)
Hi Felix, Just one question: Non-EU citizen, doing A level (UK ). Is it mandatory to do testAS for medicine in Germany???
Hey, with A- levels you will have to get your graduation diploma recognized (If you did IB then not) - But the TestAS is NOT mandatory :)

Hey Dr. Saami! There are - to my knowledge- no public universities who teach medicine in Germany. But Im sure you mean the private universities like UMCH or Kassel medical School - Unfortunately you won't be able to get a Scholarship like this for your studies there.
